A welcoming home with light-filled living and high-quality mid-century furnishings. Perfect for work trips with a dining table workspace. Enjoy a peaceful, central location near cafés, shops, parks and transport, with easy access to Woden and Canberra attractions.

Whether you`re visiting for work or a getaway, everything you need is close by, including popular dining spots and attractions. You’ll have full access to the haven and its amenities, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

BEDROOM
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings and its own private bathroom.

BATHROOM
The home offers 4 bathrooms for your convenience. The first is an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The second includes a shower, bath and toilet. The third and fourth are separate toilets. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN
Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:
• Fridge/freezer
• Stovetop
• Microwave
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Electric Kettle
• Crockery and cutlery

A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

The living room features a 75` Samsung smart TV for your entertainment. Upstairs, the family room is equipped with a 55` LG smart TV for additional viewing and relaxation. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

This is not a party property. Any breach of the no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any costs for damages.

To help avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. Please use the bin provided for disposal.

**Booking Confirmation**
Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.

**Check-In & Check-Out**
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.

**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.

**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.

**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.

**Families Welcome**
Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.

**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
