Framed by peaceful lake views, this home offers a relaxing connection to nature throughout your stay. The lake is for viewing only and not suitable for access or recreation due to local wildlife.
Living Room Bright and modern with generous seating for everyone to spread out. The large TV anchors the space for movie nights, while a dedicated workspace keeps things practical without taking over.
Kitchen & Dining An open kitchen designed for real use—fully equipped, with a coffee station ready for slow starts or quick refuels. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, ideal for group meals that don’t feel cramped.
Bedrooms The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite for added privacy. A second king bedroom offers a clean, comfortable setup with a smart TV. The kids’ rooms bring personality—one styled with princess details and two twin beds, the other with a dinosaur theme and two twin beds.
Bathrooms The primary bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate shower. A second full bathroom features a practical tub and shower combo.
Outdoor Space The backyard is set up for long, easy days—heated pool, sun loungers, and outdoor dining on the patio. Adirondack chairs face the lake, offering a quiet spot to take in the view.
Extras Garage access includes a laundry area, with additional driveway parking for multiple vehicles.
Location Set in Davenport, this home offers a quieter base while keeping you within easy driving distance of Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld, along with shopping and dining.
Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the private heated pool, outdoor spaces, and all home amenities. Garage parking is available for up to two cars, with additional parking available on the driveway. No street parking at any time.

Public transportation in this area is very limited, so having a car is highly recommended for getting around comfortably. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are widely available and commonly used by guests for trips to theme parks, shopping, dining, and the airport, offering a flexible way to explore the area.
➤Please note the lake is for viewing only and not accessible for recreation. Guests are kindly asked to keep a safe distance due to local wildlife. There have been no related incidents at the property.
➤Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤Pets allowed with $125 fee per stay. Max 1 dog under 20 lbs. No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pet off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤To ensure the pool remains in top condition, regular maintenance is carried out every Tuesday. The service provider will enter through the backyard and complete the work efficiently.
➤Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $25 per day and will be set to 88°F. Please request at least 48 hours in advance, with a minimum booking of 2 consecutive days required.
➤We also offer early check-in and late check-out for a $50 fee each, subject to availability and confirmation prior to arrival or departure. *Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.*

2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm
3. No parties or events allowed
4. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information. For security and registration purposes, all guests staying at the property must provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
5. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
6. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
7. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.
8. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
9. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
10. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
11. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit
12. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a $125 pet fee will be applied per stay. • Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied. • We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. • No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds. • Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. • Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
13. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
16. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
17. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
18. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
