Across the property, three distinct accommodation spaces sit within easy reach of one another, each with its own character, yet thoughtfully arranged to be experienced as one shared stay.

At the heart of the property sits Serenity Cottage, the natural hub for daily living and shared meals. Warm, light-filled, and surrounded by gardens, it offers a full kitchen designed for group cooking and long, unhurried meals together. Inside, open living spaces with a log burner and sliding doors create a comfortable place to gather throughout the day, while the wrap-around porch extends the home outdoors with dining areas and views across the countryside. Two bedrooms and a generous bathroom provide a welcoming base, while a private hot tub set on its own deck looks out over the landscape, offering a quiet place to unwind at any time.

Just next door, The Gathering becomes the social centre of the property; a space designed entirely for coming together. With its rustic character, expansive living area, and warm log fire, it invites long evenings spent sharing food, drinks, and conversation. A standout feature is the private bar, created for relaxed entertaining, complemented by multiple lounge and dining areas both inside and on the wrap-around porch. With generous seating and easy indoor-outdoor flow, it’s a space that naturally brings people together without ever feeling crowded. Two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with laundry facilities sit quietly within the home, allowing guests to stay close to the energy of the group while still having their own space to retreat.

For something more intimate, The Glade offers a quieter, studio-style cabin set slightly apart within the grounds. With its Cape Cod-inspired interior and soft natural light, it’s an ideal space for couples or guests wanting a slower, more private rhythm within the wider stay. A simple kitchenette allows for light meal preparation, while wide sliding doors and an outdoor deck create a peaceful place to enjoy the surrounding views. Guests staying here can enjoy their own space while still joining the rest of the group for shared meals, evenings by the fire, or time in the wider property spaces.

Throughout the property, the focus is on ease and connection. Days might begin slowly with coffee in the garden, unfold into shared meals and long conversations, and end gathered around the fire pit under open skies or soaking in the hot tubs as the evening settles in. A sauna and gym are also available on site, offering space for both rest and movement throughout your stay.

Beyond the retreat, the wider Wairarapa region invites exploration. Just a short drive away, Martinborough is known for its boutique vineyards, cellar doors, and relaxed wine village atmosphere, while nearby Greytown offers heritage charm, cafés, and independent boutiques.
