Welcome to our bright 2-bedroom lower-level garden suite in a quiet Dunbar neighbourhood on Vancouver’s Westside, near UBC. With a private entrance through the garden, the suite is entirely for your exclusive use, with no shared indoor spaces.

The suite comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, a spacious living area, and a kitchenette for simple meals. It’s an ideal home base for families, visiting UBC students and parents, business travellers, and guests exploring Vancouver.

Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed

Living room: 1 queen sofa bed

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, water-filter pitcher, plates, cookware, and essential kitchen items for preparing simple meals. In-suite laundry is available for your convenience. Fast Wi-Fi covers the whole suite, and self check-in with a keypad lets you arrive anytime.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided. The suite is professionally cleaned after every checkout, with fresh towels and bed linens prepared for each stay. Extra sets are available in the closet if needed.

Free street parking is available in front of the house. You’ll also have convenient access to UBC, local beaches, downtown Vancouver, and Vancouver International Airport.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great for walking, with a nature trail near by. We would gladly stay again on our next trip to Vancouver.

What a beautiful property and amazing host!There is lots to do nearby and some gorgeous walking trails 2 mins away to explore.Lulu was very accommodating and friendly from start to finish and I highly recommend staying here the next time you come to Vancouver. You won’t be disappointed!

Stayed with our family of 5 for a long weekend. The property was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and very responsive. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to walking trails and parks. Within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants and transit lines.We would stay again for any future Vancouver trips.
