The property is beautiful. Everything was clean. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged an additional 135 for my son when the place easily fits 4 people with two queen bedrooms and a pull out couch. I wasn’t aware she only allowed 3 people. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Space was clean, rooms were clean, check was easy, and the host was decent at replying. The space is in a good and quiet location. Anything we needed to use was easy to find, and the kitchen is well-stocked. All-in-all, a rather nice stay!

Ying our host was super responsive and understanding when we ran into trouble getting to the house on our first night. The house is well supplied and very clean. We had a car and street parking was fine. I would recommend this stay.

We arrived late after a travel delay and the home was such a refreshing place to rest and reset before catching a cruise the next morning. The home was spotless and well equipped. The owner was very prompt to answer questions. Beautiful neighborhood that I wish we had time to explore!A little note… I wasn’t quite familiar with the meaning of laneway house and our uber driver dropped us off at the address listed. Be sure to completely review the map given by the owners ahead of time to direct the driver correctly. Thank you for a lovely stay! We were well rested to head to the cruise ship terminal early. We will be back and rent again when visiting Vancouver.

We found the apartment very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is beautiful and lends itself to Hiking and biking. As two single women we felt very secure staying here and would return again. We do want to point out that the shower on the second floor has a tiny bit of mold around the bottom that the owner may want to remedy. we might also suggest black washcloths for makeup. We also want to thank the owner for their oversight of our stay and availability for questions or concerns. We use the services of uber during our stay and found it necessary to let the driver know that we were located in the alley behind the main home since the uber location suggested the front of the main house. We found a lovely little market called Tracy‘s to have ready-made meals as well as fresh produce, meats and dairy. This is on McKenzie Street. We ate at Cordero, seasons, NA number of smaller cafés. We highly recommend Purebread pastry shops, and Paris B aguette for that extra weight you want to put on! :) Momo was our favorite sushi place and we would return there. We are really into sushi and Momo satisfied our diverse interest. We visited Bloedel Conservatory, the Vancouver aquarium, the Seaport, and grouse Mountain, where we took a gondola ride to the top of the mountain and observed a large live grizzly bear exhibit. LOVED THE VISIT!

Great house in a great location. Perfect if you want to be a relatively short drive to the beach, downtown (Stanley Park and Granville island) and the airport on your way out. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable

We had a lovely time, the space is great for visiting. We loved walking the quiet neighborhood and also that it was close by car to lots of shops and restaurants.

Very clean house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Minutes drive/walk to stores, restaurants, church, with airport and downtown less than 30 with traffic. Owner was accommodating and flexible with our travel needs as we’re trying for a quick visit to Vancouver.

Good location; quiet neighborhood with walkable shops nearby. Home was clean and well appointed for what you would need during a short stay (ie. soap dispensers, towels, hairdryer, etc). Beds and furniture were comfortable. The only detractor we found during our two night stay was that the home had a funky smell (hard to describe). You got used to it once you were inside for longer than 5 minutes, but it hit you pretty hard as soon as you opened the door.

Thank you for letting us know. This is a brand new building, we carefully checked every corner of the house and didn't notice anything unusual. One possibility is that the aroma diffuser we use in the home may have caused some sensitivity. We have removed it from the entrance windowsill. Making sure our guests feel comfortable is our top priority.

Easy check-in and quick responses from our host. The unit was well stocked and everything was clean and up to date. We were a family group that included 4 adults and an almost 2 year old. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again. Great neighborhood too.
