Welcome to your charming retreat in the heart of best neighborhood Kerrisdale, it's only 8.5km away from 2026 FIFA World Cup stadium - BC Place!

This is a newly built laneway house in a peaceful residential area and community. It's centrally located and close to everything - Vancouver's must-see attractions, public transits, restaurants, and shopping.

The house is located in the well-known neighborhood - Kerrisdale, a true definition of a classic west side Vancouver neighborhood. Lush, towering mature trees guard pristine character homes and lead to an exceptional full service village at the heart of the community.

Our neighborhood is a relatively bike-friendly part of the city with dedicated bike lanes and bike routes.

Our property sits just off the bicycle route, offering easy access for cyclists. You can explore the best of Vancouver and visit iconic sights, explore vibrant neighborhoods, and enjoy Vancouver’s natural beauty by following these featured bike routes.

Our 700 sq ft 2-story unit has all privacy you required, it is the ideal location for your stay, whether you’re on a weekend getaway or a business trip.

* We have two separate bedrooms and two FULL bathrooms.
* We have two queen size beds and one double size sofa-bed.

The property is beautiful. Everything was clean. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged an additional 135 for my son when the place easily fits 4 people with two queen bedrooms and a pull out couch. I wasn’t aware she only allowed 3 people. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Ying our host was super responsive and understanding when we ran into trouble getting to the house on our first night. The house is well supplied and very clean. We had a car and street parking was fine. I would recommend this stay.

We arrived late after a travel delay and the home was such a refreshing place to rest and reset before catching a cruise the next morning. The home was spotless and well equipped. The owner was very prompt to answer questions. Beautiful neighborhood that I wish we had time to explore!A little note… I wasn’t quite familiar with the meaning of laneway house and our uber driver dropped us off at the address listed. Be sure to completely review the map given by the owners ahead of time to direct the driver correctly. Thank you for a lovely stay! We were well rested to head to the cruise ship terminal early. We will be back and rent again when visiting Vancouver.

Great house in a great location. Perfect if you want to be a relatively short drive to the beach, downtown (Stanley Park and Granville island) and the airport on your way out. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable

Easy check-in and quick responses from our host. The unit was well stocked and everything was clean and up to date. We were a family group that included 4 adults and an almost 2 year old. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again. Great neighborhood too.

Good location; quiet neighborhood with walkable shops nearby. Home was clean and well appointed for what you would need during a short stay (ie. soap dispensers, towels, hairdryer, etc). Beds and furniture were comfortable. The only detractor we found during our two night stay was that the home had a funky smell (hard to describe). You got used to it once you were inside for longer than 5 minutes, but it hit you pretty hard as soon as you opened the door.

Thank you for letting us know. This is a brand new building, we carefully checked every corner of the house and didn't notice anything unusual. One possibility is that the aroma diffuser we use in the home may have caused some sensitivity. We have removed it from the entrance windowsill. Making sure our guests feel comfortable is our top priority.

Great location for tourist activities

The unit was modern, very clean and well appointed. It is in the Kerrisdale area, which has charming restaurants and the nearby Queen Elizabeth gardens and Vandusen gardens. It is also a very short drive to downtown and Stanley park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will reccomend it to our family and friends.
