BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 8 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

A security deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required.

Best weekend ever

We saw a whale playing from the house, amazing views. Walkable restaurants were wonderful and close proximity for flora farms was a win. We are already hoping to go back again and would not look to stay anywhere else. Concierge was so helpful with booking transport, groceries, etc. Do it!

Perfect in every way

The property provides the perfect vacation escape. Private home with fabulous private outdoor space, combined with the amenities of the community, including a well-equipped gym, beach club and (delicious) restaurant.

Delightful home with view

The home exceeded our expectations. Beds were very comfortable, pool and cabana overlooked the ocean.Susana the property manager answered all our inquiries immediately. We would come again! Close to Flora Farms and Acre and Buzzards close by in walking distance was also a treat.
