The Space:

Just 150 metres from Mudjimba Beach, this impressive dog-friendly beach house is perfectly set up for an easy coastal escape, walk straight to the sand or stay in and enjoy everything the property has to offer. With multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, a glistening saltwater pool, BBQ and entertaining spaces, plus thoughtful extras like beach gear and a second fridge, it’s ideal for relaxed family holidays or group stays.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, cooktop, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all the essentials you need for easy meals and relaxed mornings. The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, offers secure gated parking and NBN internet. The home is fully fenced with the front gate closed and is dog-friendly for up to two dogs (please note dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds).

Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed, TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe & ensuite with a shower, bath, double vanity & toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe & ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds, air-conditioning, wardrobe & ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds, air-conditioning & ceiling fan.



Bathrooms:

2 bathrooms, including ensuite to master, plus a main bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet.



Laundry: The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as an outdoor clothesline.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park two cars in the double garage and two on the driveway inside the front gate. There is also free street parking available.

The closest bus stop is on Mudjimba Esplanade, just 350m away and approximately a 4 minute walk, offering services northbound to Noosa and southbound to Maroochydore.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
