Have fun and relax in this fantastically located, professionally decorated, and stylishly finished family home. The property is positioned on a quiet residential street and has a swimming pool and outdoor setting, surrounded by fully fenced tropical gardens. What better way to enjoy the best of balmy Queensland outdoor living.

Inside the property the layout celebrates an integrated open plan living/dining/kitchen area at one end, with sleeping quarters located at the other end.

It is only a short drive to the beach and Coolum's shops, cafes and restaurants. The property's central location can also be used as a base to explore the greater Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

Perfect for your next family holiday or some quality time with friends.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

Beautiful tropical stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so beautiful, clean and spacious! Definitely a plus that all the rooms had aircon which was much needed as us Sydney folks aren’t used to the humidity of QLD. The pool was stunning, I enjoyed waking up in the morning and going for swims. The location was great! Very close to main shops/coolum beach. Will definitely book this property again on my next visit to the Sunshine Coast.

Beautiful house in a great green location!

The house is spacious and beautiful, with aircon in all rooms (which was a blessing during the days we were there, as it was so hot!) and good sized pool to cool down. The house is 5 min drive from the beach and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved it. Thank you!

Pros and Cons but mostly Pros

Beautifully styled older house with seperate garage. Nice areas to enjoy including pool with pool toys available in the garage, outdoor setting under cover with barbecue, a small seating area on the other side of the house with a nice grassed area with finska to play. The outdoor pool area looks gorgeous at night with hanging lights above and the pool lights up blue. Water pressure was fantastic from the rain shower in the ensuite. The shower in the main bathroom continues to leak water unless you turn the tap onto cold as far as you can after showering. We had to use the mop, but there is no bucket, so we used the sandcastle bucket from the garage. There are no face washers provided, so remember to bring your own if you like to use them. One of the towels for use had a number of holes in it, but it was the only one like that. The rest were lovely. The pillows were FANTASTIC! I forgot to look at what brand they were - would love them in my own home. Aircon was in all bedrooms and the lounge room. Couch was really comfy. There are some great books to read, and games. Internet was faultless. If you look forward to having a coffee or tea after a long drive to get there, bring your own milk if you use it because no UHT or otherwise is provided in the fridge to start you off, however, plenty of tea and coffee. The glass sliding door that leads out to the pool - when closing it from outside, your fingers can get trapped between the handle and door frame. Ouch!!!

Coolum Beach Holiday Home

The house is very spacious and was well-presented and clean, providing all the necessary cooking and cleaning items needed to make our stay convenient. The beds were comfortable and it was good to have cooling in every room. The outdoor patio area and the swimming pool was the highlight of our stay being able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The shopping centre and beach were very close and the neighborhood is very quiet which is well suited for families. The property manager was prompt to respond and was very helpful. My family were really impressed, therefore we look forward to staying again in the near future.
