Downstairs, you'll find the main living area, complete with a cosy sitting space, large smart TV and a compact kitchenette fitted with essentials including a fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster - perfect for preparing simple meals and settling in.

Upstairs is your private bedroom retreat, featuring a plush king bed alongside a fold-out couch, making it ideal for couples or small families. This space is light-filled and peaceful, with elevated views overlooking the dam - creating the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The bathroom is modern and functional, with the toilet thoughtfully separated by a partition wall for added privacy.

Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor area, complete with a dining space overlooking the water. Guests can also make use of the outdoor features such as a BBQ, TV, dart board, fire pit area and plunge pool, helping you to embrace the country atmosphere.
