Budgong Lodge is a beautifully built large home on acreage. This home has 4 large equal sized bedrooms, plus a huge open plan kitchen and living area - perfect for socialising with the whole family or groups of friends

The Lodge is positioned at the base of Mount Scanzi in the middle of the 180 acre property with views of the surrounding bushland and Morton National Park.

Budgong Lodge may be removed from the hustle and bustle of city life but is still only 10 minutes from the centre of Kangaroo Valley.

What a lovely house, that coped beautifully with a 40C weekend!!The Aircon kept us cool in a spacious and well appointed house. The host Jeremy was great to communicate with as I was concerned about us keeping cool, but he answered my queries quickly.Lovely views with wallabies and wombats in the fields at night. and a bottle of local wine to greet us when we arrived.Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay and will happily book it again.

Wonderful peaceful location, the lodge was beautiful with everything we needed. Sitting by the fire with the family in the lounge room was very homey and relaxing.Totally recommend staying

We had a fantastic stay here over the Kings Birthday weekend. The house is lovely and very comfortable with large bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. There is a massive porch from which you can watch the local wombats and farm animals. The nearby roads are also great for walking and spotting kangaroos.

Tranquil stay among the trees!

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay and Budgong Lodge. Very secluded and pristine. Beds are comfy, great sizes, great bathrooms, showers and plenty of hot water. A real cooks kitchen and wonderful fireplace. This is a perfect spot, we saw wallabies and wombats. If you're contemplating booking, this is the one!

A Hidden Gem!

What a wonderful getaway we all had here in this beautiful valley. The house is great and had every amenity we needed. Comfy beds, lounges and a cosy fireplace environment. Great for family and/or a group of friends. We love to eat and drink so brought an esky as well which was helpful. It was so cool seeing all the wildlife especially the wombats :) Would love to come back some day. Thank you!

A Wonderful Farm Stay at Budgong LodgeWe had such a fantastic stay at Budgong Lodge – what a gem of a place! The family room, dining, and kitchen area was spacious and beautifully set up, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax together, especially around the cosy fire. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable.The four bedrooms were generous in size, with excellent quality linen and very comfortable beds that made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms felt luxurious, with the added touch of underfloor heat.We really appreciated the veranda/deck area – a great space to take off our shoes before heading inside and also a lovely spot to unwind on the comfortable outdoor lounges while soaking in the peaceful view.It was a real treat to wander through the property and meet the friendly horse and cows – such a special experience. Having reliable WiFi was also a bonus, allowing us to stay connected when needed.Budgong Lodge is a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and country charm – highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
