There is 1x garage carpark spot included with property. It's size is suitable for smaller sedans & smaller SUV's only. There is no street parking available as it is a main road. Additional vehicles will have to park 10 minute walk away on a side street. Size of vehicle cannot exceed 2m (width) x 2m (height) x 4.4m (long).

STAIRS: There is 2x sets of stairs located in property. See the layout picture included for more detail.

QUIET HOURS.
You are staying in a residential building and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down, especially between 10pm and 8am.

LONG TERM STAYS.
For bookings longer than one month, the property may require a monthly property inspection. This will entail checking for damages, stains etc.

DAMAGES.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages may result in damages fees.

ADDITIONAL RULES.
Please remove shoes upon entering the apartment. Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. There is no smoking of any kind inside the apartment. The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished and designed so please do not move the furniture.
