This cosy little beach shack is the perfect size and such a great location. I could walk down to the beach every morning & night, and leave my car on the street with all-day free parking. The house was situated behind another, which was super safe & private. It was decorated beautifully, and very clean. My favourite feature was the seat outside a giant kitchen window, so you could have your breakfast in the sunshine in the backyard! The little touches truly made a difference for me - I forgot my phone charger & there was one waiting for me in the kitchen. Spare toothbrushes and a little beach bag for when I got myself groceries. The host really did go above & beyond with this listing, and Gabriel was great to communicate with. Very fast replies and considerate when I almost had to cancel my booking due to a family issue (so glad this wasn`t the case!!). He even left me a little gift with a sweet card as I was the first guest, which was so lovely to check-in to. I would easily move into this place if I could!! Definitely be booking this Airbnb again in the future. Thank you

Bondi’s world-famous beach and neighbourhood has a relaxed, bohemian vibe, great eateries, lots of places for indoor or outdoor yoga and pilates plus the best coastal walk in the world – with Tamarama and Bronte beach only about 30 min walk away.
Just 8 mins walk from world famous Bondi Beach – strolling past the buzzing cafes such as Bobby`s corner café and Harrys to name a few. Further down the road, opposite the beach is also the famous Bondi establishments such as Raw Bar for excellent Japanese. Harry`s is also open for dinner too.
Bus stop is about 3 minutes away that can take you up to bondi junction train station. Bondi - Bronte walk takes around 30 - 45 minutes one way and is world famous!
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON`T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
There are everything that you need to get started as a base while getting established here for work, study, or holidays.
NO PARTIES! Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. Guests can smoke outside on the balcony. The building is a quiet, residential, apartment block and guests are required to refrain from making noise after 10pm.

Booking is at your own risk should there be any travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may affect your stay dates. • Please note that the host will not be responsible for refunding any money due to unfortunate events that affect the number of nights you stay under any circumstances. •You are advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unfortunate events on your trip.

We`re very serious about this. There are families and elderly neighbors and if there is excessive noise, police are called and it becomes a whole expensive ordeal for the party host so please don`t book this place if you want to have a party. Party in the bars and come home quietly.

• Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the apartment; ONLY on the balcony. If you smoke inside, you forfeit your entire security deposit. • It is Australian law that whenever a fire inspection is on, we must allow the inspectors access. This happens twice a year in the morning on a random weekday. All guests must accept this as a possibility.
🚨 • If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,688.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm. There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRE BLANKET, located in the drawer under the sink in the kitchen. There is a tag in red indicating it.
• Please be mindful of air conditioning, turn it off when leaving the apartment and only use it when sliding doors are shut.
⚠️ PARTY, NOISE AND ANY VIOLATIONS
• NO PARTIES or external visitors except for confirmed guests. Please don`t be noisy after 10 pm. • Guests must follow Australian apartment building laws: be silent after 10 pm. • Excessive noise or violations of any of the terms of this agreement will be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy.
