Une belle surprise

Quel beau séjour à Dinard dans ce très bel appartement de la résidence Le Gallic. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le côté Art Déco, la superbe vue sur la mer, l'espace au sein de l'apppartement. Nous remercions Sandrine et Violetta pour leur accueil, l'intérêt qu'ils portent à leurs residents. Nous ajoutons que la literie de très bonne qualité montre un grand sens de l'hospitalité. Nous reviendrons et encore merci pour tout. Isabelle et Jean-Jacques

schöner Blick, große Whg., der Rest: naja

Der Blick ist tatsächlich wie auf dem Foto, allerdings befindet sich direkt unterhalb des Balkons (2. Etage) eine Bushaltestelle und Strassen. Die Wohnung ist groß, allerdings haben beide Schlafzimmer keine Fenster. Durch den muffigen Geruch der Whg. nicht angenehm. Das hintere Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht nutzen können/wollen, hatten wir anders geplant, somit musste eine von uns auf dem Schlafsofa direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer (offene Schiebetür) schlafen. Das größere der beiden Bäder ist funktional aber abgenutzt. Neben dem hinteren Schlafzimmer gibt es ein kleines Bad, okay um sich räumlich aufzuteilen aber eigentlich indiskutabel. Die Wohnung ist vollgestellt mit einem Sammelsurium unterschiedlichster Möbel. Die Küche ist im Vergleich zum Rest modern. Fazit zur Whg.: könnte man mehr draus machen, buchen wir aber nicht wieder. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin/Vermittlerin: auf Französisch (Englisch geht, wenn es sein muss), aber nicht zeitnah. Standort: Dinard ist sehr hübsch und gepflegt, nicht überteuert, schöne Wege entlang der Küste, tolle Villen, (im Mai) nicht überlaufen und entspannt.

Excellent séjour à DINARD dans un appartement de caractère !

L'appartement est très agréable et remarquablement situé face à la mer, à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces. L'immeuble à caractère historique est vraiment très beau. Le seul petit problème est l'absence de fenêtre dans les deux chambres, ce qui attriste un peu ce bel appartement; mais les pièces de vie (salon, salle à manger et grande pièce bureau (ou chambre supplémentaire) sont très agréables. Beaucoup de beau mobilier ancien. Très bon éclairage artificiel des différents espaces de l'appartement et très bon chauffage, ce qui ne nuit pas au mois de décembre. Un bel accueil personnalisé à l'arrivée et au départ.
