Our spacious home can accommodate 16 people max. You will have access to an entire 3-level, spacious home that includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, and a 3-car garage. You will also have access to the community pool, workout room, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Our beautiful Eden home offers:

- 3 level design with spacious living areas on each floor
- 5 bathrooms
- Includes plenty of towels, toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Gas fireplace, hearth, TV on main floor, plenty of throws to keep you warm
- Kitchen – fully equipped for large groups
- Includes appliances such as: oven, microwave, keurig, crockpot, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, cookware, cups, plates/bowls, plastic ware.
- Dining area – table seats 10 comfortably, 3 stools at kitchen island
- 6 bedrooms – each bedroom includes a queen bed with beautiful rustic decor, custom headboards and end tables.
- 1 bunk room – 4 beds
- Laundry room (detergent included)
- Big screen TV, game table, foosball on lower level
- Amenities for big families: children’s dinnerware, 2 pack-n-plays, toys, books, puzzles.
- Back patio with table and plenty of chairs, hot tub and BBQ grill
- Beautiful walking trails near the house.

- 5 minute walking distance to the community pool, club house, workout room, tennis courts, basketball court.
- 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain Ski Resort
- 13 minute drive to Nordic Valley Ski Resort
- 30 minute drive to SnowBasin Ski Resort
- 10 minute drive to Pineview Reservoir
- 5 minute drive to the nearest market/grocery store and restaurants.
- Ogden Valley is a resort area with all kinds of recreational opportunities throughout the entire year.

(Please note that NO vehicles/toys are allowed to be parked on the street. HOA rules state that all large toys (boats, RV's, Jet skis, etc) must be parked in the designated overflow parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. Other items to know:
- Firearms/fireworks are not permitted.
- Access to the clubhouse, pool, and spa is limited to 8 people at a time.
- Must follow Trappers Ridge rules and regulations (these rules can be sent to a guest upon request).

Winter Enjoyment: You will find excellent ski resorts (Powder Mountain and Snow Basin) within a 10-30 minute drive from the home. These resorts are comparable to Park City, only without the congestion or the consumption of your life savings. From sledding, making snowmen and snow angels, going hot tubbing, sitting by the fire, sipping hot cocoa, there are unlimited activities to do with the family.

Summer Enjoyment: In the summer you will find an excellent golf course less than 2 miles away and even more located in Ogden about 30 minutes away. Pineview Reservoir is located within a 10 minute drive from our home and it provides lovely scenery as well as opportunities for fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, skipping rocks, etc. The nearby Ogden River also offers a variety of outdoor fun for the family. There is also plenty of hiking available around the valley.

Spring/Fall Enjoyment: Eden has so much to offer during Spring and Fall. Beautiful hikes, biking, fishing, camping, balloon and art festivals, ATV trails, nature and wildlife are all available, or just enjoy the beautiful indoors with your loved ones in a spacious home waiting for memories to be made.
