Located just minutes from the world-class slopes of Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Resort, this stunning property offers both adventure and relaxation in equal measure.
With plenty of room to spread out, the lodge comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and features multiple living areas, entertainment spaces, and outdoor amenities designed for relaxation after a day on the mountain.

As you enter, you're welcomed by an open-concept living area featuring a cozy fireplace, a sectional couch, and a dining table perfect for group meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to prepare delicious meals and entertain with ease.

Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1):
A king-size bed and an attached en-suite bathroom, complete with a luxurious tub and separate shower. Enjoy your own private retreat, with a TV and peaceful mountain views.

Bedroom 2:
A cozy queen-size bed with access to a detached bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. A TV in the room adds a touch of relaxation.

Theater Room/Entertainment Space:
To the left of the stairs, you'll find a spacious TV/theater room with a pool table and ping pong table, offering entertainment for the whole group. It's an ideal spot for movie nights or friendly competition.

The downstairs living area includes another large sectional couch, perfect for lounging after a busy day, as well as a TV, foosball table, and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, and a large dining table that seats 8.

House Rules:

​​​​​​​HOA rules allow 7 guests per household at a time in the pool and clubhouse facilities.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

Street Parking is strictly prohibited in front of the house. There is additional parking spaces throughout the neighborhood.

Packages can not be sent to this location.

No Pets allowed. Any evidence of pets during your stay may result in a $500 fine. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pet-free space. Thank you.
