THE LOCATION…

Located a half block off of the Southern end of Duval Street, THE DUKE & THE QUEEN are an Old Town dream: you can walk to Duval St, you’re only a few blocks from the Southernmost Point, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, or any other Old Town attraction you may want to explore. You'll be a short walk or bike ride to all that Old Town Key West has to offer. The best part is you’ll be on the “quiet” end of Duval St, which means you can easily head down to the fun, but you don’t have to worry about it keeping you up at night. While you won’t need a vehicle from this prime location, the private driveways serve as your off-street parking spaces in case you decide to rent a car or golf carts.

THE QUEEN’S POOL…

In the QUEEN’s backyard you’ll find it fully fenced with a heat-optional dip pool. Beside the pool are chaise lounges so you can soak up some sunshine. There’s also an outdoor wet bar so you can whip up a tropical cocktail after a refreshing dip. On the pool deck sits an outdoor dining set with seating for up to eight to enjoy a meal on those tranquil tropical nights. Head through the gate in the backyard fence and you’ll arrive to the DUKE’S backyard.

THE DUKE’S HOT TUB…

Not to be left out of the fun, The DUKE’S backyard is fully fenced and landscaped for privacy. There’s a propane grill and seating for six at the outdoor dining set, allowing you to enjoy an afternoon BBQ or a dinner under the stars. Take a soak and relax in the spacious hot tub, with room for your entire court.

THE LIVING AREAS…

DUKE OF CATHERINE has a spacious living area, feeling light and airy with a gentle tropical vibe. There is a large flat-screen Samsung Frame TV in the living room watchable from the large sofa, which pulls out to a queen sleeper for those extra guests, and two armchairs. The open floor plan seamlessly flows between the living area and the kitchen, creating even more open space and making the home feel larger than it is. There’s a dining table with 8 seats for the entire royal court. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool your chef will need.

QUEEN OF LOUISA has a comfortable living area that features a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating options. Double French doors off the living room open straight to the private pool area. The open-concept living area flows right into the fully-equipped kitchen. This contemporary kitchen includes all of the comforts of home, with modern appliances and plenty of cabinet space. There’s a dining table with 8 seats in this home as well, so everyone can enjoy a meal together.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
