Come get lost in the magic of this captivating island retreat offering modern amenities within this old-world, historic setting. Savor sweet moments with your loved ones while enjoying a simple agenda, lounging indoors or tooling around town by foot to all the highly sought-after Key West attractions.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS & AMENITIES...
Step off your private porch into your peaceful escape boasting rich, hardwood flooring, inviting you inside. A homey living room featuring beautiful wooden beams is outfitted with cozy furnishings around a flat screen TV for your movie or game nights together. A cheerful and fully equipped kitchen lies steps away to whip up your home cooked meals at the casual indoor bistro table for 2 or out with the whole gang on the covered porch dining table for 6.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Settle into a good night’s rest in the guest room with two twins, which can convert to a king upon request. A comfortable queen guestroom is just down the hall. Follow the stairs to the 2nd floor king suite with an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each guest room comes with a flat screen TV for your daily dose of media. A sofa sleeper resides in the living room with convenience to an adjacent bathroom with a shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Catch some rays out on your back deck in one of the loungers as you soak up your serene surroundings with lush vegetation swaying in the breeze. Grill up your fresh catch of the day after your refreshing swim in the private pool(comes heated in the cooler months) as you plan out your evening on the town. Located in an incredibly diverse and upbeat hotspot, this home is just a stone’s throw to all the favorite bars, restaurants, the local's favorite grocery spot and and all the sights to see!

Enjoy the perk of a parking space for a small to medium sized vehicle.

Dogs are considered at this home and a pet fee is required.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The house is extremely well appointed and conveniently situated to restaurants and shopping. The host communication was extremely responsive. This outdoor dining area and pool were a wonderful place to spend each afternoon of our stay. Concierge services were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful trip.

Beautiful and cozy home. The pool was great with the waterfall. It was such a great ambiance. We all loved the hammock. The only thing I would change is some chairs with cushions outside on the Porch. We enjoyed this house would rent again in a heartbeat.

The location of this property was awesome! Just steps away from Duval street and all the shops and restaurants. The home was clean and the three bedrooms were perfect for the three of us couples. Enjoyed the pool for daily cooling off.

This property is perfectly located near Duval street and within walking distance to the marina. A perfect location for those wanting to shop and enjoy the amenities the marina has to offer. We can’t wait to go back.

3 guys in key west for the weekend. The house is perfectly situated for going out on duval. No need to rent a golf cart or anything. The house has everything we needed and very quiet at night even though we were so close to the chaos of the bars. Highly recommend for a group of friends going to party. Probably not as much for a family.

Well the stay was nice and a great location. The property lacked a few things there were no towels in the kitchen there were no blankets for the pullout couch or pillow. The light switches that don’t work to turn on lights in the bathroom .We didn’t think the furniture was very comfortable especially the ones outback around the table. The sofa bed is awful nothing comfortable about that. We also thought it would be nice if t now we board at 4:40 now we’re boarding at 4:40. I’m thinking we it would also be nice if there were cards or a couple games to play if it rains .

Great spot for a girls getaway! The house was very clean, everything you could need was available. The beds were comfortable and the options to have two singles or a king in one room would be nice if you had couples. We appreciated alot of signage/notes to keep things the way we found them. Management was responsive and helpful when we had requests. The only thing we had a suggestion about was a warning near the pool about how deep it is off the last step in, which caught us by surprise. (As a mom with kids I would have had no idea), Just a suggestion that there should be a caution and a depth sign. Otherwise the pool area was beautiful and it had a great outdoor dining area. The BEST feature of this house is the amazing location. You are a block around the corner from Duval, you have a grocery store down the street and with all this, it is a fairly quiet street. Overall, this house is a historic gem, all redone with a cool island vibe. We loved it!!

Great house in Key West

We loved staying at this house! Truly an oasis in Key West - privacy, pool and pool setting was awesome, easy to walk to everything Key West has to offer! Everything was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

Girls Book Club Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We all commented on how clean it was! The location was a little louder than expected in the nighttime but it’s also walking distance to many great places. We enjoyed the pool and the back porch. We had a great time!

Comfortable Home in Great Location

The house is roomy with a nice pool for kids. It is quite close to Duval Street, but far enough away to avoid the noise.
