Newly Opened in June 2026! Spacious Family-Friendly Apartment in Yokohama. Perfect for first-time visitors to Japan and travelers looking to explore Yokohama.

This spacious apartment features two bedrooms, one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, a large living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property is ideal for families, remote workers, business travelers, and expatriates. Located in a popular residential area for international residents, it is also well suited as temporary housing or accommodation for visiting family members.

There are two train stations within a 7-minute walk of the apartment. With direct access to two rail lines connecting Yokohama and Tokyo, you can reach major destinations such as Shibuya, Omotesando, Shinagawa, Tokyo Station, Ikebukuro, and Akihabara without transferring trains.

For added convenience, Haneda Airport is only a 20–30 minute taxi ride away, making arrivals and departures easy and stress-free.

The neighborhood offers plenty to enjoy on its own, with numerous convenience stores, supermarkets, shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants nearby. You can experience everyday Japanese life and local culture just steps from the apartment.

Families with children are warmly welcomed. Baby equipment can be provided upon request, so please contact us before booking if you have specific needs.

While the apartment is baby-friendly and babies are welcome to stay, it is provided on a “baby available” basis only. We do not guarantee that the property is baby-proofed or completely child-safe. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this property again.The location is excellent, with two train stations just an 8-minute walk away. From there, we had direct access to Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, Akihabara, etc., making it convenient for exploring the area. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within just a few minutes' walk.One of the biggest surprises was how spacious the apartment was compared to many accommodations in Japan. Everything was spotless. We travel frequently and have stayed in many properties over the years, and this was by far the cleanest property we've ever experienced.The apartment was stocked with everything we needed, including toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. Communication with the host was great. She was fluent in English, responded quickly to all of our questions, and provided recommendations for local restaurants and shops, which we really appreciated.There is a supermarket just 30 seconds from the building, and a convenience store right next door, making it easy to pick up groceries, drinks, or anything else we needed throughout our stay.Initially, we were a little hesitant because the price was lower than many nearby hotels and rental properties, but the apartment exceeded our expectations and offered great value for the price. We highly recommend this property to anyone!

Had an awesome stay here. Host was responsive and the apartment was immaculate. Very close walk to two different train lines which made going to Tokyo very easy (less than 30 min). Family friendly apartment which was great for our kids.Location to Haneda was also excellent. Listing says about one hour but it was really more like 30 minutes. Definitely would stay again!

I’m a Yokohama native, born and raised in the city. I am married to my American husband, and together we have two sons.

After beginning a lifestyle that takes our family back and forth between Japan and the United States, I often found myself wishing for a place that felt like a true second home while traveling. That experience inspired me to start managing this monthly rental apartment.

I designed this space with my own children in mind—a place where a baby and a toddler could live comfortably—while also paying close attention to interior design and aesthetics. My goal was to create a home that is both practical for families and enjoyable for all guests, offering the comfort, warmth, and convenience that I would want for my own family while away from home.

This apartment is conveniently located near some of Yokohama’s most iconic attractions, including Chinatown, Yamashita Park, Motomachi Shopping Street, and the Minato Mirai waterfront area.

Having lived in Yokohama for more than 30 years, I can confidently say that one of the greatest advantages of this neighborhood is its accessibility. Haneda Airport is nearby, there are two train stations within walking distance, and direct train services connect you to many of Tokyo’s major destinations.

What I love most about this area is how easy it is to get anywhere—whether you’re exploring Yokohama, visiting Tokyo, or arriving from the airport.
