The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is well decorated and equipped for comfort and having a good relaxing time. The house is clean. Rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally large for Tokyo standards. Furniture is beautiful and comfortable. Amenities are easy to use and adds to the comfort at home. I would definitely go back next time I visit Tokyo.

Our experience at Mita Hillside Villa was wonderful and everything we had hoped for. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and prompt to respond to every message. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable, and was perfect for our family group of 8. It is conveniently located near a grocery store which enabled us to enjoy breakfasts at the home. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, glasses, utensils and more. Everything in the property listing is accurate and we were very happy with this rental. I'll emphasize that the hosts were excellent and professional in communicating with us and accommodating our arrival. We would gladly rent this property again if we return to Tokyo.

Ash and Tracey were very communicative and always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and make the experience much more enjoyable. Meeting Ash when we checked in was very helpful since there were multiple things that were explained with comfort control, washer/dryer, TV, etc.. The guest book was tremendously detailed and provided great information.The house was very spacious and the vaulted ceiling made things see even more open. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, flatware, and cooking pots/pans so everything was available......we went out every day/night so no cooking for us! There were 3.5 bathrooms which is unheard of in Japan so that was a great amenity. The location is off the beaten path so it was quiet but there was a 24 hour 7 Eleven store and Summit Supermarket within 2-3 minute walk as well as several eating places within 5-10 minutes.All in all it was an excellent stay for us!
