The Space:

Welcome to this superb, completely renovated apartment a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées, on the famous Avenue Matignon! Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it is perfectly designed to accommodate up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.

• An open equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A laundry area: toilets, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

You will be staying in a prestigious and central area of ​​the 8th arrondissement, between the Champs-Élysées and Place de la Madeleine, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a chic and elegant atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at iconic addresses like Ladurée Madeleine, Café de la Paix or Angelina, and have lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Le Baudelaire or Le Taillevent, perfect for a refined Parisian gastronomic experience. 1. Public Transportation Nearby:

Metro: The nearest metro station is Madeleine, which connects to Lines 8, 12, and 14, providing direct access to key attractions throughout Paris.

Bus: Multiple bus lines service the Madeleine area, offering diverse routes to explore the city at your leisure.

RER: For longer distances within Paris or trips to nearby suburbs, the closest RER station is Auber (RER A).



2. How to Reach Our Property:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Take the RER B to Gare du Nord, then transfer to Metro Line 4 towards Porte d'Orléans. Alight at Strasbourg Saint-Denis, and change to Line 8 towards Balard. Exit at Madeleine. A short walk will bring you to our loft!



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Take the Orlyval to Antony, then board the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport. Stop at Châtelet and switch to Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare. Alight at Madeleine.



From Gare du Nord Train Station

Take Metro Line 4 towards Porte d'Orléans, change at Strasbourg Saint-Denis to Line 8 towards Balard, and exit at Madeleine.

Once you arrive at Madeleine, you're just a short stroll away from the elegance of the Champs-Élysées and the charm of our loft.

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.



Internet Etiquette

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
