Welcome to your Coastal Nest, 25/77 First Ave Sawtell, NSW. We hope you enjoy your stay and you find everything you need for a relaxed, easy comfortable getaway.

We are in the heart of Sawtell Village at 77 First Ave, turn right into the driveway and go thru to the parking area at the rear. Your parking space is in the right hand corner marked with the number 25. Here you will also find the large communal red general waste and yellow recycling bins.

Walk thru the complex and go up the stairs overlooking the two sparkling pools, unit 25 Coastal Nest is the second unit on the right on the first floor. You will be greeted with the spacious covered patio area with outdoor seats and table.

Access keys via the lock box using the code provided prior to arrival. Pull down black cover and turn number wheels to create code and open to find a front door and security screen door key.

Inside there is a very comfy lounge area with soft 2 seater couch and large coffee table, side tables with book nook. Queen size bed with supersoft cotton linen and quilt, plenty of pillows and extra blankets found in the large corner wardrobe with hanging space, shoe storage boxes and shelving for all your gear.

Spacious kitchen stocked with all the supplies you will need including crockery, cutlery and glassware, a range of appliances - toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, airfryer, sandwich press and plug in stove top. There is milk and chilled water in fridge and a range of teas, coffee and sugar on the kitchen shelf.

The bathroom features a spacious layout with great size shower complete with Sukin body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Large mirror and vanity with handwash, cabinet stocked with plenty of supplies. Easy access toilet in same space with toilet rolls in easy reach.

Your unit can be kept at an ideal temperature with the reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan, there are also plenty of windows featuring screens and plantation shutters to control light and maintain your privacy.

There are bins and bin bags in the unit to help keep the space clean and tidy and a range of cleaning supplies under the litchen sink for your use.
