PLEASE NOTE:
As home is in a lovely spot at the very top of a hill, the driveway is steep and will not suit all driving confidences/car types, please reach out to us with more information. There is also parking near the shed at the base of the property that some may prefer.

- Children MUST be supervised appropriately on all parts of the property.
- Fire Ban rules must be adhered to.
No smoking along with:
• No parties or events
• No pets
• Check-in is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet area perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
