Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a very nice building, this bright and comfortable apartment offers you a space of 100 sq. m. It is composed of :
- a large and bright living and dining room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a simple bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, DVD player and game consol.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

At the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, two steps away from Porte Maillot and the shopping neighborhood of Ternes, you can fully enjoy the city of Paris on foot or by transport. In addition to the various shops, restaurants and bars nearby, you will be in a well-served area where you can visit the many emblematic places of the capital: the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, the Eiffel Tower as well as the various museums of Paris (including the Grévin Museum, the Louvre and the Orsay Museum). Finally, you will be able to join the Arc de Triomphe and the mythical Champs-Elysées in only 15 min walking.
