Great View Condo, 2 Min. from Disney World!- 70

I am sorry Peter that you have faced these issues during your stay, and I wish I had known about them throughout your month-long stay. You have stayed over a month at our place and did not mention once about these issues. Firstly, I will bring up about the dirty floors to my cleaning crew, which usually are thoroughly cleaned with a sweeper vacuum and mop the entire floor before the guest's arrival. Secondly, the AC filter is changed regularly by our crew. We could have brought a new one if you had found necessary and brought it up to our attention. Thirdly, the king size cover can be replaced with a king size blanket during winter time, because usually guests warm up better with a thick and warm blanket. Fourthly, there is no access to the Resort amenities, because it's a restriction by the Resort to only allow Resort guests to be able to use it, not because we don't "pay fee's" sir. The HOA fee is paid regularly, but the Resort amenities are not included. This is a privately owned unit, not part of the Resort program, therefore, we don't get access to the Resort's pool for this reason. This disclaimer was clearly stated on our VRBO advertisement, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. The pictures of the pool view and pond view were taken from our balcony. They were meant to portray the beautiful view from our condo's balcony that's a great feature that most guests enjoy it very much. Lastly, our kitchen is fully equipped with enough pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, and etc for all our guests. If you needed any extra item, all you had to do was just ask. Unfortunately miscommunication and not reading our post led to this misleading review. However, we will definitely take down some of these pointers for future reservations. Our goal is to make sure our guests get the best experience possible!
