The Space:

Upstairs, uninterrupted sea views set the scene for the open-plan living area, where every moment unfolds against an ever-changing ocean backdrop. Brew your morning coffee and settle into the plush lounge beneath the comfort of split-system air conditioning, prepare fresh local produce in the well-equipped kitchen, or gather around the dining table as the sea stretches beyond.



Sliding glass doors open onto the expansive upper balcony, inviting leisurely alfresco lunches, sunset drinks and hours spent soaking up the sea breeze. Also on this level, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, private ensuite, split-system air conditioning and direct balcony access, allowing you to wake to the sound of the ocean and step outside to greet the day.



Downstairs, three additional bedrooms each open directly onto the sheltered lower balcony, offering a quieter place to unwind among the surrounding greenery after a morning at the beach. Two bedrooms are appointed with queen beds, while the fourth features two single beds. The main bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower, while the dedicated laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a toilet for added convenience. A half bathroom provides an additional space to refresh, making the home practical for families and groups.



Split-system air conditioning in the living area and primary bedroom ensures year-round comfort. Complimentary Wi-Fi and off-street parking are available.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home throughout their stay, including both levels, outdoor entertaining areas, and on-site parking.

Families will love the nearby playground, skate park, and grassy parklands, while nature lovers can explore the surrounding Noosa National Park and scenic coastal walking tracks.



Whether you're chasing a laid-back beach holiday or looking to explore everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer, Peregian Beach is perfectly positioned between Noosa and Coolum.



Getting Around:

The beach is just a short stroll away, while Peregian Village Square is only a 3-minute drive or approximately a 20-minute walk. Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street are around a 15-minute drive north, while Coolum Beach is only 10 minutes south.
