Beach, sand surf and breezes. Coffee at the village or with the supplied Nespresso machine. Coastal, modern styled and relaxing home away from home. One storey up to catch the beach glimpses and the hinterland sunset. Feel the breeze off the beach and make yourself at home.This lovely modern styled apartment has all the little touches. Large open plan living, breakfast bar, new modern kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (king, queen or change to two singles - all so comfy you won’t want to leave). Two bathrooms, one with a spa bath. Tucked away from the street but close to all the village action and two beach access options. Enough room to spread out and get your own space. We have wifi, a blue tooth speaker and some chargers for your use. Please use the beach gear available in the lock up garage (boogie boards, beach umbrellas and beach chairs).

Great location and hosts

Great location and the apartment contains everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. Gaby and Will were gracious hosts and provided detailed check in information and contact details if there were any concerns. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect beach side stay

Comfortable, clean, well appointed apartment a stones throw from shops, cafes and beach. Separate ensuite very handy. Excellent communication from host - thank you for a great stay.

Lovely location, very comfortable stay.

We loved our week spent here. Great location, a very easy walk to awesome coffee, cafes/restaurants, a very well equipped IGA and a beautiful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring some of the local area too. The little treats left for our arrival were very appreciated after a long drive. Gaby and Will were so accomodating and it really did feel like home over Christmas. Thoroughly recommended and really hope we can come back sometime.

Gaby and William were amazing to deal with. They left some lovely refreshments on arrival and everything was provided for our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

A fabulous stay

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The apartment was lovely. Thoughtfully designed and very comfortable with plenty of space. Thanks for all of the goodies they went down well. The kids loved the board games. Beds were so comfy!!! We had a lovely time thanks so much.

Fantastic location and wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay here for a week, the unit is only a few min walk to the beautiful Peregian beach, Gaby has thought of everything including beach buggy, scooters and surf boards even sand bucket for my toddler. The place is really clean and the beds are so comfortable. We would love to come back again.

Great unit situated in a prime location

The unit was well appointed with all the modern needs of a grown up family. The location allows you to walk to coffee shops, shopping and patrolled surf beaches, all of these with out getting your car out for the week. just a wonderful place to relax.

We love the beach and have stayed in many short term rental properties. We have used those holidays to work out what a good rental will provide. We have been lucky enough to find this piece of heaven. My husband and two children come and stay when we can but this place for us is more about sharing our love of coastal holidays with other holiday makers. If you think some additional items would make your stay even better, please let us know.

This place is decorated with all new furniture and amenities. The beds have been chosen for comfort with comfort toppers on all beds and luxury bedding. Wake to a home made coffee in the Nespresso or walk 3 mins for a coffee from the village cafe. This unit is light filled and has a wonderful feel. If visiting in summer and needing a cool break, the unit is fully air conditioned and each room also has a ceiling fan. In winter just sit on the balcony and drink in the winter sun while relaxing.. There are two options to walk to the beach, down Piper Street on an easy short min walk to a secluded and quiet part of the beach or meander through the village to the patrolled beach. Why not grab a gelato on the way back!
