The first floor welcomes you with a stunning front porch that offers comfortable seating for the ultimate relaxation. When entering the home, a guest bedroom featuring a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom will greet you first. Next, you will find a spacious bedroom with two queen sized beds and access to the shared hallway bathroom that features a dual vanity and walk-in shower. An additional guest bedroom with a full sized bedroom is located on the first floor and also shares the hall bathroom. The laundry room is located on the first floor for your convenience.

The second floor features an open concept living room that is perfect for the whole family to gather in after a long day on the beach. The gourmet kitchen opens into the living room and dining area that has seating for 6 guests. The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, a large center island, and bar stool seating for 4 guests. Off the living room, is the front balcony with a lovely porch swing and outdoor dining table for 6 guests. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom that offers a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has private access to an additional balcony which offers a ping pong table. The second floor allows access to the tower for beautiful views of WaterColor!

This beautiful home also features a carriage house located over the garage. The carriage house offers a kitchen, king bed, private bathroom with shower/tub combo, and large tv. The courtyard offers a gas grill and outdoor seating that is the perfect spot for creating family memories. The garage is not for guest use.

- Parking for 3 Vehicles
- No Events, such as weddings receptions and other larger gatherings are allowed. Only people staying in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
- 14 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
