Located on the 1st floor, without lift, in a small condominium in the heart of Dinard. The flat offers a nice living space. The entrance opens onto a corridor leading to a living room with sofa bed. To the right is a bedroom with 2 single beds, opening onto a backyard, to the left is a double bedroom with a double bed, a shower room next to it, as well as a separate and fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. From the residence, you will have direct access to a street that will lead you on one side to the beach and on the other to the shops.
Recently renovated and fully equipped, you are assured of optimal comfort in this ready-to-live-in flat. You will feel at home very quickly! You have free WiFi access and we provide bed linen, towels and tea towels. Your accommodation is clean and your bed is made up on arrival.
Street paid parking is possible nearby.
Everything can be done on foot, beach, shopping, restaurants, market, bakery...
You will also be close to the thalassotherapy center of Dinard, ideal for a cure !
The centre of Dinard is less than a minute's walk away. There is an exceptional market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
