We just spent a week here and had a great trip. The home is beautiful and worked perfectly for a stay with multiple families. The place was clean, the location was great, and they were so easy to book with. The rental company is so responsive, even when I messaged them with the dumbest of questions. I highly recommend for your next Tahoe trip!

The location was very good and it accommodated our family. and not withstanding the following issues we had a wonderful time. The game room was misleading as it was only a small room with boxed games in it. The rental documents meant what the description said by "bring your own supplies", there wasn't even coffee filters. We left a bag for the next visitors. Rugs were surprisingly not very clean. All hard surfaces were clean but we had to wash many items, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and knives in the block to be able to use them.The master bedroom mattress was so hard we pulled mattresses off of the twin beds after the first night. While the weather was extremely hot the house stayed relatively cool. We had no issues with bears and felt very safe with the bear protection over night. Ample parking for 4 cars.Again, we had a great time and if a few issues were taken care of we would have given this a spectacular rating.

End of summer paradise

Grandparents, children and grandchildren came and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed, had space for alone time and togetherness, and was close to all the things! Beach, grocery stores, hikes and simply enjoyment of the natural beauty.

So charming!

We enjoyed our recent stay, cute charming house, nice neighborhood and location was so close to beach and mini golf! Plenty of room for my family of 6, and my parents also joined us for a night. It ended up being chilly so we enjoyed doing a puzzle, playing games and watching movies inside! The front deck was great for eating dinner and enjoying the surroundings. The only draw back, which isn’t even really a draw back, was having so many personal pictures throughout, just was surprising for a rental. We’d definitely rent here again!

Don't gather! Hard not to do when there is a group.

Great cabin. However management said we weren't supposed to gather or have a party. Why else would we go? They said we were too noisy. There was another party two doors down going on as well. We have a video of it.

Great Location & Host/Management Communication

Overall very pleasant stay and would recommend. We had a great time at the house. It’s quite cozy and served well for our winter friends trip. The TVs are roku so it had all of the streaming platforms and we were able to easily cast shows and music. The house also has bear wires at the front which can be disarmed. We felt very safe. The kitchen was well stocked and the house is located in a nice neighborhood close to a Safeway and other restaurants. The walls are not noise insulated so be prepared to hear your friends laughing downstairs are 2am. My only complaint is that one of the rooms had some trash in it when we arrived including a tamale that one of our dogs quickly found.

Great location, gracious host.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cabin, located close to Watermans Beach in Carnelian Bay. Great location to all our favorite places, hiking, beaches, mini golf, grocery store... The only reason I am giving a four-stars is that we had an issue with the plumbing in the master bathroom on day 2 of our stay, which leaked through the ceiling down to the main floor, not allowing us to use the shower for the duration of the stay. I would also point out that the garbage is small and doesn’t allow for much in the bear cans, so we had to drive our garbage out to the rental agency during their operating hours in Tahoe City. Again great place and location just had a few issues along the way. The rental agency (Jack) was very responsive to our issues and was very helpful.

very nice cabin with a good area being close to King Beach and 7 minutes from Safeway, the only thing is that the facilities like the laundry room you have to go through a room to get to the laundry when it should be outside easily accessible. Also the bathroom downstairs although it is shared with 2 rooms is inside them. The main room was large, spacious and clean. I liked it a lot. What I didn't like was that to get to it we have to go through a room first and sometimes out of shame we had to wait for those in the room to wake up before we could go out, although I'm not complaining that the room has a large and very nice bathroom. The locations were somewhat strange if we talk about the rooms but everything was very nice and accessible with good Internet. We were able to use the TV without problems and they had many things accessible. Really highly recommended. We hope to return

Amazing location!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this cabin. The layout and size provided the perfect amount of space for 2 small households. The cabin is in good condition and we would stay again. Having to go out of the way to pick up and drop off keys was a drawback. I would suggest employing the use of a digital keypad lock or lockbox to make it more convenient for renters.
