Magnificent new apartment located in a quiet and privileged neighbourhood in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in Casares Costa, next to the Mediterranean Sea.



Completely equipped and with a large furnished terrace of 34 m² with direct view of the sea, gardens and swimming pool. The terrace has a table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and garden furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny moments with family and friends. In addition, it has 2 electric awnings to protect from the sun.

Nous retournerons dans cette superbe location où l’on se sent chez soi

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l’agence . La réactivité du propriétaire a nos demandes. Un petit chiffonnier à tiroirs dans la chambre. Des oreillers supplémentaires. Des cintres supplémentaires dans les penderies. Une cloche pour le micro ondes.

Nous nous sommes levé tous les matins avec vue sur la mer et le levé du soleil DEVANT NOTRE LIT !! C’estait inoubliable. Merci à Zap Holiday La machine à café n’existait pas ( c’était avec un filtre à papier)mais Zap nous a fournis une machine à capsules et les capsules Et pas de séchoir à linge !

Superbe endroit pour des vacances au calme et une vue sur la mer splendide.

L'appartement est bien équipé. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée, elle est belle mais nous n'en profitons pas. ce serait un véritable plus pour le conplexe.

La vue sur la mer, l’accès facile et rapide à la piscine et le parking ( juste dommage pas à l’ombre ) Changer les poêles car elles sont inutilisables! A ce prix là, je devais avoir du matériel de bonnes qualités et qu’on puisse utiliser à notre guise. Nous avons dû cuisiner avec la même petite poêle durant tout le séjour…

Disappointing Style over Substance

Beautiful, modern apartment in a good location with stunning views. However, the apartment was not clean. It was quite clear that it had not been properly cleaned to an acceptable standard for a long time. There was hair on the bathroom floor, thick dust around the extractor fans, dirty cutlery in the drawers, coffee splatters on the doors, filthy skirting boards, both showers had mould starting to appear. The glass on the balcony was so dirty that when we sat out there to admire the view we couldn’t see it for the layers of grime. There were cobwebs in the corners on the patio. We complained to the property management company Zap Holidays.. We had to go in person to their office as they do not answer the phones in July & August. We showed them pictures of the worst bits & they did offer a €70 refund of the cleaning fee. This took 10 days to back on my card. Although the apartment is well equipped, it does not have a kettle so we had to use a saucepan to make hot drinks. There was a coffee machine but it was very old & dirty. The hairdryer didn’t work & there wasn’t a chopping board. Zap did provide these items on day 2 of our holiday. We were so disappointed that such a beautiful apartment was not up to standard. We paid a lot of money for this accommodation and we asked for a refund of part of the costs to compensate. Zap holidays said they would contact the owner. . Despite emailing several times & leaving messages on Zap holidays intranet we never heard anything. We contacted VRBO who we booked it with and each time someone told me something different. It has been so frustrating & despite many, many calls & emails that have resulted in getting no where, we have had to try & get a partial refund through our credit card. This could take months. The grounds were very well maintained & the pool was lovely. At times it was quite noisy & we didn’t always get a sun bed as it was crowded but then again that’s to be expected in the school holidays. We have been back for 10 days now & we are still waiting for our €250 damage deposit to be returned. I tried ringing them but no answer. I tried emailing them, no reply. Eventually I managed to WhatsApp them to request the refund. They said it takes 10-15 days once we have left the apartment to be refunded. I certainly would not book anything again through Zap holidays.

Lugar agradable y tranquilo

El apartamento está muy nuevo y cuidado, así como sus instalaciones. Tiene unas vistas al mar muy bonitas y está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, aunque es necesario disponer de vehículo para moverse por la zona. Ideal para descansar.

Séjour à Casares

Nous avons apprécié le confort et la luminosité de cet appartement, bien nécessaires par temps pluvieux et gris. Le temps pourri de ce mois de mars ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la belle terrasse! Dommage. Arrivés un samedi, nous avons pris les clés dans le coffre situé en façade de votre bureau. Aucune info relative à l'état des lieux (avant et après) et à la bonne garde de l'appartement. Par ailleurs, nous avons eu la tempête de sable qui a encrassé toute la terrasse et mobilier : après un coup de fil chez vous assez évasif, nous avons nettoyé le tout avec l'équipement de base de l'appartement qui n'était pas du tout prévu pour cela.
