The apartment is very well equipped.
The kitchen is brand new, as is the furniture.
The terrace is very spacious and comfortable.
It has a fixed garage in the building.
We are in an urbanization on the beach 100m from "PUERTO DE LA DUQUESA" that has restaurants for all tastes, open all year round.
We are in front of a golf course.
The view is towards the mountains and the golf course, although we are close to the route we have soundproof windows and hot and cold conditioning.
The urbanization has four swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, a gym, a games room and a reading room.
Through the urbanization, you have direct access to the beach and the pedestrian path.
We are near Sabinillas, a small town that has all the services (supermarkets, shops and bars and restaurants).
We use this apartment regularly with our grandchildren and we put it together with all the comforts and with a lot of love.

A great apartment

We stayed for 3 weeks late June. The accommodation is excellent and very well equipped.The glass panels on the balcony are a great addition especially when it’s windy.Comms with those in charge are great. I would highly recommend this apartment as it is so well located with easy access to many of the surrounding areas.

Perfect Location

This was a delightful property with all the facilities that one could ask for in a rented property. The location was perfect with the beautiful Duquesa marina right on your doorstep. The whole surrounding area is great but also offers easy access to places like Estepona and Gibraltar or even Seville and Ronda if you have a car.

Easy access to get around to beach and can restaurants. Also to enter and leave the property.

It was nice and clean. Everything you need for a vacation. Pool but very cold. it was warmer in the ocean

We have stayed in this apartment before so knew what to expect. The apartment is fully equipped, especially in the kitchen as we enjoy home cooking (despite there being a plethora of restaurants in close proximity). The main TV in the lounge is supposed to be a smart tv but doesn’t allow access to Prime or Netflix. The TV's in the master bedroom and sun lounge do allow access but are on the small side.Ideal apartment for those looking to explore Duquesa and the surrounding areas.

La Duquesa

The property is located steps from the port and the beach. It boasts many amenities including AC and ample space. Everything is very well kept and comfortable. One tiny downside is that it can get noisy from traffic on the A7. Otherwise it is a great place to stay and explore all that the area has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Spacious apartment good value for money

Enclosed balcony means a lot of indoor space, apartment and block clean and in good condition, property manager was very helpful. Convenient location for amenities. Some road noise even with windows closed but not excessive.

Fantastic Home from Home

Super well equipped apartment. Location great. Loved having a parking space in the garage too. For a holiday rental it is extremely well equipped. We heard the road but it did not affect our stay as the bedrooms are insulated, plus the balcony being enclosed muted any noise. We didn’t use the pool area as the weather was not suitable. Easy access to beach, supermarkets and restaurants either by foot or car.. Highly recommend this apartment.

Hemos pasado 8 días fantásticos. El apartamento estaba muy bien. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para cocinar, TV con plataformas de pago, etc. La urbanización muy bien también con piscina, pádel, gimnasio. En la propia playa. Todo tal cual el anuncio.
