OVC is gated condominium complex with two pools, shuffle board, tennis, gym and plenty of parking. Unit is equipped with 2 beach chairs, beach towels and fully stocked kitchen so you can eat in or dine out at one of the many amazing restaurants. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony overlooking the ocean. New furniture with a pull out sofa to sleep 6. Dog restrictions. No cats. No smoking.
