Spacious home on a private road with partial ocean views. Short walk to Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. Perfect for multi-generational stays, it features 3 decks. The main floor has 4 twin beds, TV, couch, bathroom, and an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 2nd floor includes an open kitchen, living room, and two decks. The 3rd floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, private deck, and two queen bedrooms. All the amenities you would want!

Stocked house and great location.

This is the most well appointed house we have ever rented! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nubble lighthouse as well.

A wonderful stay!

Our family group of 7 stayed for a wedding weekend at this home, perfect for our celebration. We had plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms to get ready. The house is very well furnished. I could not think of one thing that I wanted that wasn’t provided. It’s a beautiful and pleasant space to spend some time. Sean is a wonderful host. He made check in and check out very smooth. Communication was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!!

Stayed the weekend for a wedding with family and was 100% happy with the home!!! Owner is amazing and helpful and the house offers all amenities you need and is absolutely beautiful and clean! Will be staying again!!!

Great house and perfect location

Came up to York for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place. The house was nice, it had a ton of amenities, the host was super responsive, and it was walking distance to just about everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing stay

Absolutely amazing stay. Super communicative owners, check-in and check-out was a breeze. House was beautiful and space was perfect for multiple families to share. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and stacked with sheets, towels and soap. Best part was that all the cousins can be in basement with own shower and play space. Backyard and deck were great for eating and night time yard activities. Wonderful stay.

My family stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it! It’s a great location and the house is even more impressive than the pictures! Sean was also a great host and very responsive by text the whole time! It has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! We will be back!

Amazing stay!

Great weekend family getaway

This was our first time visiting York, and this wonderful house easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teens. The location was perfect -- an easy walk to the lighthouse, 2 beaches, and town. The owner was available 100% of the time to address our concerns -- which were none! The property was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed our time on the sunny porch. We had a perfect stay!

A Lovely Retreat in York!

This beautiful home is even more pretty in person. It is also very well built so you don’t hear others moving through the house. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in. Fabulous location which is walkable to almost everything. Sean provides great tips for things to do and places to get the best food. We loved every minute of our time there!

Exactly what we needed

Our stay in York was great and the house was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house is adorable, well stocked and big enough for the 3 families who we traveled with. Walking distance to long sands beach. I wish we had more time there! Highly recommend!

UNH Graduation Weekend

Stayed for the weekend for my daughter's graduation from UNH. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. There was more than enough room for the whole family. Sean was very accommodating to our needs and responded almost immediately when I reached out to him with any questions. We will definitely be going back!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would.

This property was AMAZING. It was extremely clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Sean was a very welcoming host who answered questions in an extremely timely manner. He was also willing to offer us a different weekend for our trip due to extreme weather at no additional charge. This was by far the best rental accommodation I have ever stayed at, and I would certainly recommend this house for every occasion.

Sean & Lesley recently purchased this short term rental vacation home. For 25 years, we've said, Someday.......... Well, "Someday is Today" and that became the name of our York, Maine home.
Sean has spent the last 30+ years in the gymnastics industry. He recently sold his gymnastics business to enter into the Short Term Rental business. In addition, he is a licensed Realtor in NH and Maine. Sean owns/has owned various commercial and residential properties is Southern New Hampshire and Maine.
Lesley was a social worker prior to having kids. She now works in the local school system as a Para-Educator specializing in reading support. She was also co-owner of their gymnastics business.
They both enjoy all aspects of Real Estate and are looking forward to serving their guests in the Short Term Rental business.
