Unit B1 is Ocean Front at Sunset Hale. Split AC units in everyroom. Newly updated 2-bedroom 2.5-bath ground floor oceanfront unit.
The Kitchen, living room and dining area are all facing out to beautiful ocean and sunset views! Enjoy these views from inside or hang out on the porch.
Bedroom (1) has a King sized bed with its own private bathroom, walk in shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and a Single loft bed over Full size Bed and a ceiling fan. Also, a private bathroom with walk in shower.
Unit B1 has ONE onsite parking stall assigned to it

PAYMENTS: Payment for renting will be collected by VRBO/HomeAway.com using the Book it Now Option, when booking through Vrbo/HomeAway.com.
We collect all State and City and County taxes as required. Additional fees do apply such as Cleaning Fees, Damage Protection, Refundable Security Deposit.

We do not offer bikes at our rentals. For bike rentals go to North Shore Surf Shop next to Foodland or their large surf shop store location in Haleiwa Town.

Comfortable Home with Fabulous Views

I have stayed at this property numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience. The host is fabulous and the comfortable and nicely decorated house is perfectly located on the North Shore.

Awesome stay in a great beach front home.

We stayed for one week in unit B2. The house was very clean, well taken care of, and up to date. Very nice for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the overlook and were able to watch whales almost every day at sunset. Very nice area, quiet, and friendly. we hope to stay here on our next visit.

Wake up in Paradise

It is hard to imagine just how beautiful this setting is until you experience it in person. Right on the beach with a full unobstructed view of the ocean from all the common living areas, you wake up in paradise every single day! Start your day with coffee on the deck, followed by an invigorating swim in the idyllic crashing waves. Soak up the sun or place your chair under the big tree on the sand. Take a walk along the well lit path behind the property and then make your way to Ted’s for the most incredible savory foods and pastries. This home is spotless with a well appointed kitchen for the cook in your family and the beds are super comfortable. Enjoy many sunset dinners at the pink picnic table with lighted umbrella on your own private ocean front patio. Melissa is a perfect host and this property is not to be missed!

Amazing Beach-Front House

Our family of 5 (children ages 6, 10, and 11) stayed at Sunset Hale for 8 nights. What an amazing house!!! The house was very clean upon arrival. We had breakfast and coffee on the lanai watching the surfers every morning. We swam in the ocean every morning and at every sunset. The outdoor shower was great so we wouldn't track too much sand into the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, which was important to us because we cooked a lot of meals at the house. The bathrooms were large and spacious with huge bathtubs. The beds were very comfortable and the extra fans in the bedrooms came in handy for a couple of hot nights. We were very thankful for the beach towels and washer and dryer. The side yard and small side streets were fun for the kids to explore. And the pool table!!! Instead of watching tv to relax when at the house, our family played pool and loved it! We loved the location, as it was close to Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove, good surfing spots for beginners (August), and of course Sunset beach, Bonzai Pipeline, etc. Any time we had questions about the house or things to do Fred got back to us right away and was very helpful. We will most definitely be staying at Sunset Hale on our next trip to the North Shore.

Beautiful and clean property with an amazing beachfront view! Great water pressure in the shower, private parking, washer and dryer, and perfect location. We will definitely book again when returning to the island of Oahu!

The location on the North Shore is perfect. The unit is exactly as pictured and very well maintained with great appliances and kitchenware. We had an amazing time surfing, diving and just doing nothing but hanging out. We will be coming back again!

North Shore Paradise

Our family wanted a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We did not want to be around a lot of people and also wanted to experience Hawaii like the locals and this place delivered on all our expectations. The place is awesome and conveniently located near some of the best beaches around. The host is also amazing, quick to respond when you have a question and had the place clean and ready upon our arrival.

Excellent location with amazing views

The property is perfectly located on Sunset Beach on the North Shore. Close to restaurants and all the fun beaches and Haleiwa. The house was a perfect size for our family and had all the amenities you need for an extended stay. The property manager / owner was easy to get a hold of and was quick to reply. Their instructions for check in and check out were simple and easy to understand. It was exactly what we hoped for and would rent this house again.

Everything you want and more ~

We had the best week with family and friends, both local and travelers , who all raved about the house and the location. Prime spot right on the beach with the most beautiful sunset, pretty much all to yourself! Loved being close to Sunset Beach as well, and close to restaurants, food trucks, and grocery store just a few miles away. Would definitely stay here again no question. I give it a 9 out of 10, only because of no air conditioning, but Melissa provide multiple fans that helped us get through the extra warm days in the heat of the summer.

Great location and beautiful views. House was clean and stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels plus hand and dish soap. Has a regular coffee pot, toaster, microwave and blender! There are coffee filters for like a full year don’t buy extra!! When we were here the water was a bit rough in this area but there are nearby areas that are a little more calm. We really enjoyed our 8 night stay but seriously needed 2 more nights, 10 would have been perfect!!

Family First

Our stay was amazing! I just wish we would have stayed a little longer, 10 days would have been perfect. There are so many things to do, especially over here on the North Shore. This house was perfect for our family of 5. The water was a little rough at times, but we were all able to get in. I am sure during the summer months the water is calmer. I personally wouldn't be able to stay here in the summer without AC, but this time of year is perfect (March-April). Loved listening to the waves at night!

This house was everything and more. The location is prime! Plenty of room for my family of 5. Going to miss the beautiful sunsets right out front and listening to the waves at night. Melissa responded to me anytime I had a question, almost immediately. We will surely be back!

Perfectly situated right on the beach midway between Sunset & Pipeline. Whale watching from the deck. Was better than shown on-line. Was bigger than expected. Melissa was very responsive. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect for family of 4

We stayed here in June 2019. We've visited Oahu many times before and this stay won the title for best trip to date. The kids loved it and so did the adults. The photos on VRBO do not do it justice. Although it's part of a multi-unit property, we felt we had plenty of privacy and this unit is the closest to the beach.

Perfect Oahu Stay

This beautiful house is on the quiet residential end of Sunset Beach, literally a stone's throw from the ocean. Unobstructed sunsets from the large porch and living space, yet a short stroll down to Sunset Beach Park or a few food trucks along the highway. The online pictures do not do justice to the big open living room/ kitchen space. Melissa is an attentive, accessible host. Open communications began the day before our trip and extended throughout our stay. Our five travelers included three generations of family members, each agreeing this house and location was the perfect place for our extended Oahu stay!

Sunset Hale Unit B1... Amazing!

Sunset Hale has been our choice for a 6 nights stay on the north shore. Looking for a quite and ocean front accommodation we found exactly what we expected, maybe even more. Far enough from the main road we only had to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the wonderful view of Sunset Beach with its palms and surf breaks. The nice and comfortable bed rooms with private bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room with the wide doors on the ocean, the lanai and the beach with private access a few steps away... everything as showed in the description. And last but not least, Fred, the owner/manager, such a kind person, great in communication. We really had a great time on the north shore thanks to this choice.
