This cottage has everything you need. Come enjoy festivals, fishing the Harris Chain of Lakes, walk to downtown for dinner or shopping, so many choices for antiquing, Art Festivals in the fall and spring, Farmers market on the weekends, theater, bike trails, boat rentals and nature hiking. We LOVE the location!! Neighborhood is so nice and quiet. We have truly enjoyed getting to know the neighbors and taking walks, and learning all the history of the local area.

What makes this property unique

SUPER location to head into downtown Mount Dora for dining, shopping, walking to Gilbert Park for Sunset by the lighthouse or making a quick drive to Rennigers for antiquing and the Farmers Market. Very central and easy access to everything from fishing, boating, the theater, and the festivals.
