Perched high above the surrounding countryside, the ranch offers some of the most spectacular panoramic views in Texas while providing privacy, comfort, and endless opportunities for adventure.



Located within easy driving distance of Lost Maples State Natural Area, Garner State Park, and the Frio River, guests can enjoy hiking, tubing, swimming, wildlife viewing, scenic drives, and some of the most beautiful landscapes the Texas Hill Country has to offer. The winding roads surrounding the ranch are especially popular with motorcycle enthusiasts and sports car drivers seeking unforgettable Hill Country touring routes.



Even before stepping inside, you'll discover why guests love this property. A long shaded front porch provides the perfect place to relax and take in the views. Outside you'll also find a private swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, smoker, BBQ area, outdoor cooking station, and two lakes stocked for fishing. Canoes and kayaks are provided for guest enjoyment, while the expansive acreage offers excellent opportunities for hiking, bird watching, stargazing, and wildlife photography.



Inside, the lodge features a spacious open-concept design with a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, pool table, Smart TV, and central heating and air conditioning. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for large groups, including two refrigerators, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, blender, mixer, electric skillet, crockpot, cookware, dishes, utensils, and both regular and K-Cup coffee makers.

* Due to the road conditions from the recent rains, we are not allowing motorcycles to be driven down the hill to the property. We are requiring motorcycles to be trailered to the bottom, or they can be left at the top of the hill.

Our pricing structure is designed so smaller groups don't overpay while larger groups receive the space and amenities they need.

- Base rate includes up to 6 guests

- $50 per person, per night for each additional guest

- Maximum occupancy: 20 guests in beds

- Cleaning fee: $ 275

- Pet fee: $50 per pet, per night (maximum 2 pets)

- Release of Liability Agreement required prior to check-in

- Non-standard cancellation policy applies
