NOVA6 -Disneyland Paris and Val d'Europe for 6pers

NOVA 6 is a 6-person apartment in a new, quiet, and secure residence.
The apartment is ideally located a 20-minute walk from Disneyland Park and 5 minutes from Vallée Village and the Val d'Europe Shopping Centre.

THE APARTMENT:
NOVA6 is located on the 2nd floor of a new, secure apartment complex. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It includes:
- A living room (double sofa bed) + Smart TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom (tub, sink, washing machine)
- Separate toilet

+ a balcony accessible from the living room

Also included at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the residence’s basement, with direct access via the lift (Note: max height 1.95 m)
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 6 people
- Baby equipment available on-site: travel cot

PLEASE NOTE: For the first few days, we provide basic essentials (sample-size shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwasher use, and trash bags). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few metres away in the Val d’Europe shopping centre.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the Serris town hall area, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at Boulangerie l’Atelier and the dishes at the restaurant l’Interprète...).

You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 500 metres from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You’ll also find “La Vallée Village – Chic Shopping Outlet” there.

No car needed—everything is nearby!
- A4 Highway, exit “12.1 D 345: Marne-la-Vallée Val d’Europe, Montévrain, Regional Shopping Centre”
- TGV: Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10 min by bus / 20 min on foot)
- RER A: Val d’Europe station (20 min on foot)

We are available to answer your questions before, during, and after your stay.

Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
