Updated, spacious, urban, and minutes from downtown. Classic, modern, industrial decor. Bright and clean. Excellent walking score of 80 (very walkable). Lakefront Brewery .4 miles (8-minute walk) & Brady Street .3 miles (7-minute walk).
2nd-floor unit walk-up. (18 stairs).
There's a private front entrance(electronic keypad) for this unit. Parking needs, please refer to "street parking notes."
Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. New large screen smart TV with high-speed WIFI. This building consists of two other units one which is an Airbnb and the rear unit is a long term tenant so please be courteous with your noise level as they will do the same.
Comfortable bedding with new linens, pillows, comforters, mattress padding and plenty of fresh clean towels.


** This flat can be combined with the lower flat. This would create six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchens. This could then accommodate up to 12 guests

Close to downtown and the river walk.Great little flat that had personality, wonderful sense of style, and all of the amenities we needed.Honestly, it would be a place I would even consider living in, which I don’t say for just any place.

Fantastic Stay in Milwaukee Flat

We were in town to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Concordia's Pharmacy School (proud parents!!). Todd's Milwaukee Flat was a comfortable place for our family to spend time together between the ceremony times, celebratory meals, and a baseball game at Miller Park. Todd left excellent suggestions for coffee and other fun places to visit around town, too. MKE is a great city - this is a great place to stay!

Annual work trip

Nice overall stay. Close to Riverfront brewery and downtown, which was definitely a plus. Communication was solid and clean house. Less than 10 min from summerfest grounds which is where most of my meetings were. Got pretty warm in one of the rooms but it is summer time and place had a good amount of fans to help with that.
