Retired College Professor/ Teacher, Married to Sandra Ortiz, hail from a large family. 7 sisters and 2 brothers and I have 13 grandchildren( unfortunately 10 live out of state).
Why they chose this property
Close to Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Sedona ( 60-70 miles). Near by hiking/ biking trails, shopping and lots of golf courses .
What makes this property unique
Single story, very cozy and comfortable, well decorated, Alexa friendly. Back yard is safe, very clean, golfer, kid and pet friendly. Comfortable beds with linen washed and or replaced often. In general a very clean home in a quite neighborhood.
