Great old house with tons of charm. Great location close to parks and campus. Lots of room, lots of ways to have fun and celebrate. Purchasing wind power to offset carbon associated with electricity usage. Great garden if you get here before the fall.

We had the best time here! The kids loved the hot tub and the games and the cute Christmas tree! The house was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, so convenient to everything we did! We greatly enjoyed the playground right across the street (even all lit up at night with a Christmas light set up!!), the host was extremely responsive and check in and out were a breeze! Already want to come back!

Communication with the host was great. There was plenty of room for all guests and it was close to the stadium in a nice neighborhood.

Great home with lot's space. Very comfortable. Loved the hot tub and fireplaces. Host was super responsive. We'll stay here again next time we're in town.

Very nice stay here ,Jon the owner was pleasantly nice, enjoyed the park across the street. Would recommend it with family with children.

Good time in Laramie

Location is perfect for children, we were able to walk over to the park everyday. It’s also close to downtown and grocery stores. The house is cozy and comfortable. There was a problem with the plumbing that the owner fixed promptly. Overall good stay.

Tried to stay here the night before my wedding with my bridal party. After being in the house for 30 minutes, 3 people tried to break into the house. They circled the house because most of the ground floor windows don’t have covers. We called the police and eventually had to leave the property because it was unsafe. Owner refused to refund us anything because ‘we put him on the spot’ and it was ‘unfair’ to him to have to pay us back. There were men staring in the windows at us because the owner neglected to put up blinds.

This is a great rental for a big family group, three large bedrooms and another bed in the TV room, which can be closed off. The emphasis is on comfort! Overstuffed sofas and chairs, shag carpeting, a very homey atmosphere. Lots of living space, including screened porch and outside patio, and a really nice grill. The hot tub is great!The location is perfect, right next to a large park and walking distance to restaurants on Grand Avenue.This is an older home, and some areas could use updating, specifically the kitchen cabinets. Also, sensitive individuals should be aware there is a musty odor.Overall a great visit, and we would come back again!

The homeowner/host Jon was amazing! He was available to help with any questions we had during our stay including entertainment questions for the fourth of July. He even offered inconvenience refund because the hot tub messed up on us, and we weren't able to use it. This is very rare, but so great of him! I Highly recommend this home for anyone who needs a spacious nice place to stay in a great part of Laramie Wyoming!

So homie!

We all were so comfortable here, I wish we lived there! Our stay was so comfortable and fun. It was perfectly advertised. We felt so at home. Right across from a large park for the kids, close to our daughter’s graduation from WYOTECH, and there is a hot tub! The host communicated expectations clearly and there were no surprises when we checked out. Very family friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Christmas in January

The house was great especially with the layout of the bedrooms. It allowed our family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The only negative was the kitchen. The host was very good at communication and shared that the kitchen will be getting an update soon.

This is our kind of place

We liked this house because it is very much a “Grandma’s House”. Throwback to the 70s. Clean and comfortable beds, lots of room, location near the park which was a great place to walk, and walk to downtown was doable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Jon was friendly and accommodating and took care of things promptly. I appreciate that there was not a 3 page cleaning list -his expectations were reasonable and simple. This older house was not perfect but it was perfect for us for our four day stay. Bonus for me was that it had no bad smells that some houses of this era have.

We did not have time to use the hot tub except for one of my adult children, sadly. It was nice to have it available. I wish we hsd benn able to have more time to stay and visit, but that was not the purpose of this particular trip.
