Overall I would stay there again. There was plenty to do for kids! For what the room was, I felt like it was a little over priced. The air wasn’t working properly but someone did come and fix it. The communication messages through VRBO were formatted in a way that was not easy to read, but the responses were fairly timely. That would be all the feedback!

Splash is a great place for younger kids. Pools, lazy river, splash pads, are all perfect for that group. Adults can enjoy too with a hot tub and 2 bars and plenty of options. Our beach access was great. Ocean view from our room. Our room was very well taken care of and maintained. Very clean. Great hosts.

Great place to stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! My kids are 3 & 5, it was perfect for our beach stay! They loved it. The room was perfect and exactly what we were expecting. Right off the elevator so super convenient location. Would recommend!

Nice Place

There were games and sand toys available which the kids really appreciated. The dryer squeaked but the baby enjoyed it thinking it was music and danced along :) Would stay again.

Best family vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! We have a 13, 4, 2 and 7 month old . Everyone had something to do! It’s right on the beach but not too close to all the teenage parties- we went during Spring Break week. We will definitely be back!

Would book again

The view from the balcony is great. Everything we needed was in the condo. Checkin was easy. The room had a few minor cleanliness issues, but nothing too bad. There is a washer and dryer.

Awesome weekend

Spur of the minute trip…. Great condo, very clean, staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend this unit. Rental company text me after check-in to answer any questions I might have. Great location and out of all the busyness that the other end of Panama City has.

We love staying at Splash it is very kid friendly. My kids love the small kids waterpark. The heated pools and hot tub were great for this time of year. We enjoyed drinks from Riptides by the pool. Alvin’s island being on location was also a great addition. The condo was plenty big enough for my family of 4. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The view from the balcony was perfect! The condo was very clean. My only complaint would be I wish there was a broom I would have loved to have swept during our visit instead of using vacuum. But other than that it was absolutely perfect!

Great place!

The condo was great! It was very clean and one of the nicest we've stayed at so far. The balcony door was very hard to open and close I had to get my husband to help me most of the time. But I really appreciated that because it meant my kids couldnt open it without us knowing. The pool area was nice but the water was very cold, Im assuming due to it being the start of summer. We would love to stay here again our next PCB trip!

We had the best time and the condo felt and looked so peaceful as soon as we walked in. Condo is on the 3rd floor and there’s a parking garage two floors down on Lobby Access. It was perfect because one elevator didn’t work for 24 hrs so we took the stairs and it was fine. The elevators are slow so being on the 3rd floor is beneficial! Pools and lazy river are right below and beach is steps away. Some necessities were provided like several days worth of toilet paper, mini shampoo/cond, all the kitchen things, hair dryers on both bathrooms, towels. The only thing you need to grab are snacks/food, drinks, and extra trash bags. Other than that you’re good to go! We even were offered an extra night 50% off due to a gap in booking and we were thankful for the extra time with all the rain. Condo is right across from Alvin’s Store where you can find all beach items, ice cream, coffee, etc. Splash Resort does have a poolside Bar and Grill and on the next floor up (Lobby) is coffee and donuts and other items. Security guard on site and easy car/wrist band check in on Lobby floor. Beach service was included so leave behind that wagon! Easy peasy lemon squeezy! : )

Quick beach get away

The property was great! The listing is accurate, and the condo itself was clean! Splash, which is where the listing is, is perfect for the whole family. The view is breathtaking and there’s so much to do. Our little LOVED all the games! If you are arriving late, checking in to pay for parking may be closed. I wasn’t aware of what to do, but luckily I got in touch with someone and just said to check-in in the morning when they open back up! Thanks for having us! We had a blast

Perfect location in the building and in Panama City!

Overall we really enjoyed this property! It was an amazing location- close to so many things but also RIGHT on the water. We decided this was the perfect floor to stay on because you still feel like you are right at the beach, not looking down at it. Plus, it’s right off the elevator! There were a couple things missing in the kitchen we would have liked, but we made do. We did not have much hot water at all, but we know if we had called it probably could have gotten fixed- we were just there for such a short time that we didn’t want to waste timing getting maintenance figured out. We would definitely go back.
