Ambaury was the perfect host. He was responsive and helped with all our questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, delightful and in the perfect location, one street from Rue Cler and close to the Eiffel Tower. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you Ambaury.

Great central location

We appreciated the excellent location to Rue Cler and proximity to Metro stations. We were mostly out exploring the city, and this apartment was great for sleeping and getting ready for the next day’s adventures.

Fantastic Location Making our first trip to Paris Perfect!

The directions to get in were easy to follow, the space was perfect for us and the location was ideal to get to all the hot spots in the city. The walls are a bit thin so we were woken by morning traffic but no sense in sleeping in where there is all of Paris to explore. We would absolutly stay here again!

Great location close to Eiffel Tower

This is a wonderful ground floor apartment. Very clean, with a modern bathroom. Beds are comfy, and the apartment is well equipped with towels and bedding. The host was wonderful and easy to reach with any questions we had. I highly recommend this apartment, and hope to stay here again soon!!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location

The location cannot be beat! Walk out horn door to numerous restaurants and shops. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to all of our requests. We were even able to check in early! Very clean modern apartment.

Perfect location and very clean

We had a great stay at this property. It’s the perfect location in the heart of Paris. Easy to get to the train and lots of places to eat or grocery shop nearby. The owner was flexible with check in as my fathers flight was delayed and I was having a hard time getting cell services in my US based phone. Highly recommend staying here.

Great great location, close to lots of attractions. The apartment was nice on the ground level and averagely clean. The floor inside was dirty and some areas dusty. It became very humid inside if the windows were not open and there was a bit of a smell. Some of the power outlets and lights didn't work. It was very central to transit and the city center which we enjoyed the most. We also liked it was near shops one block over.

Perfect spot for a couple

Excellent location. Close to Rue Cler (the best street in Paris). Has everything you will want or need. Great shower! Would stay here again for sure. Amaury is excellent and very communicative - an excellent host! Quit looking and book now if available!

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful stay 1 block from Rue Cler and 3-4 blocks from the nearest metro station. The apartment is clean, well appointed with the most comfortable pull out sofa our kids have slept in on a quiet street.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It was near the Eiffel Tower, cafes, and two grocery stores including an Aldi. We were able to use the kitchen to make sandwiches for dinner each night. We weren’t in the apartment other than for a late dinner and sleeping, so we didn’t require much. It was near enough to Metro too.

Location, location location

The location is awesome. Close to metro and a cute neighborhood. However, it is not quiet and not very private. If the lights are on, you can see into the apartment and for sleeping it is very bright from lights outside. The front door is glass, so if the curtain is not drawn folks outside can see in.

Location can't be beat!

We had a great week in this apartment. The location was perfect. The walk to the metro was less than five minutes. Being close the Rue Cler is a big bonus. As well as Rue Cler, there are many other shops, bakeries and restaurants within a five minute walk. The neighborhood is very safe and we felt good about being there. Another bonus to this place is the large bathroom. After some hotel showers barely big enough to move in, this shower was great. The living space was nice sized. The kitchen had what we needed and the washer/dryer worked very well. Amaury was good about communication with us from check-in to the day we left. I would stay here again!

Great Location!

I chose this apartment because of its great location. The apartment is modern and spacious for being in a city. Everything is clean. Host is very communicative and responsive. Two disappointments: the outside patio that is shown in listing is not part of the rental and there is no air conditioning. I have now learned that if the amenities say simply “Comfort: Heating” that means there is no central air. However, the host provided 2 fans, which helped. We did not leave our windows open overnight as the apartment is on the street level. Overall, it was worth it due to its amazing location.

Served our needs but not wonderful

The location is brilliant and the apartment quiet and provisioned with all the basics. Highlights are a comfortable pull-out bed, a nice shower (for the able-bodied), and a washer/dryer. You should know: this is a ground-level unit with a tinted glass door opening directly to the street; the kitchen is convenient but too tight for much cooking, and the apparently offsite owner/property manager is responsive by text but in our experience not particularly welcoming or accessible if needed.

Quiet, small apartment

We were fine in this apartment, very functional, well furnished, comfortable and quiet despite the fact that the apartment opens on the street. And this in spite of the heat wave happening during the whole week we were in the apartment. Luckily, the apart was fairly cool at night, being on street level and on the ground floor. With the 2 fans provided, we managed to survive the heat. Obviously, you cannot beat the location, close to Rue Clerc and on a residential street.
