Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

We enjoyed the property. Decorated cute & nice bedding. The balcony was a big plus. Lots of action & people to watch from balcony.The one downfall was parking but we made it work. We used taxis & uber to get around. High recommend this property & Ruby Slipper.

Great place in s perfect spot I love it. Great view the property owner was great with directions and the parking is close but everything else is walking distance. 24hr liquor store on corner and bourbon st less than 2 blocks away perfect!!!!!

Location of this property is perfect. It was an easy walk to get to the French Quarter, Canal Street, and street cars. Genesis was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions. And, of course, you can’t beat that balcony! We had a wonderful stay!!

The host was great and responded quickly if we had any questions. The rooms were very clean and we lived the outdoor balcony. We chose premium paid parking which was less than a block away. We had an amazing time walking around the French Quarter, checking out all the shops and architecture. Highly recommend!
