Our apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, hall, kitchen with dining area, shower / toilet and balcony.

A second bedroom can also be offered with 3 beds, so that up to 5 people can be accommodated.

The living area of the apartment is approximately 60 square meters, with a second bedroom at approximately 80 square meters, with a second shower and toilet and a second balcony.

Own parking lot at the house. - About 15 minutes walk to the city center.

Have breakfast on the east balcony in the morning and enjoy the sunset on the west balcony in the evening.

The property is lovely and the photos do not do it justice. The owners are a lovely friendly couple. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are some lovely restaurants in the town and we found everyone very helpful and friendly.We highly recommend this vacation apartment.

Die FW ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch zentral im Harz. Vermieter sehr angenehm und diskret. Gerne wieder.

Top, es gab nichts zu bemängeln ***

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Wetter war nicht top,aber da kann die Umgebung nichts dafür. Unsere Vermieterin warsehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt.Und es gibt einiges zu dem Erkunden in Braunlage!

Perfekte Wohnung für die Wanderer.

Sehr angenehme und freundliche Eigentümer. Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. War alles da was man benötigt hat. Kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Has everything you need and some

The host is wonderful, the area is beautiful, the place was SO nice, clean and did not look like it was ever used. The photos does not do it justice. There is allot more light and space in the apartment than the photos tell. Thank you for a great stay and we will return the next time we are in the area.

Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war fast wie zu Hause. Alles da, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber. Einziges Manko war, dass dass zweite Schlafzimmer außerhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung im Hausflur gelegen war. Dafür aber ein großes Appartement. Für ein großes Kind klasse. Mit einem Kind, dass nachts wandert, nicht ganz so optimal. Trotzdem gerne wieder!

Immer wieder gerne

Sind herzlich empfangen worden. Man kommt in die Ferienwohnung und fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Es ist an alles gedacht worden .In der Wohnung kann man prima auch den Jahresurlaub verbringen. Bei uns war es leider nur ein verlängertes Wochenende,kann es sehr empfehlen. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort. Mfg Simone Schmidt

Entspannte Auszeit

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit mit großem Bad und ausgestatteter Küche. Die Balkone konnten wir aufgrund sehr regnerischem Wetter wenig nutzen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung in Randlage am Wald

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Kommunikation, Schlüsselübergabe und Infos vor Ort waren bestens. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Zustand vorgefunden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Windten sehr empfehlen.

Top Ferienwohnung

Herr und Frau Windten haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns mit ihrer sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten FeWo einen entspannten Kurzurlaub verschafft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Auch für Kleinkinder ist sie gut geeignet. Die Fewo können wir nur weiter empfehlen !
