Our log house is located on a quiet side street (dead end) very close to the Harz national park. It is very comfortably furnished. There are tennis courts and cross-country ski trails in the immediate neighborhood.

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (10 Jahre) 1 Woche im Holzblockhaus verbracht. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, Bäcker, Nahkauf und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man wandern möchte ideal gelegen. Für größere Kinder oder Erwachsene empfinden wir das Hochbett als nicht geeignet. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein, aber es verfügt über viele Ablage- und Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Verwaltung war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Wir haben die Zeit in Altenau genossen

Zum Ferienhaus:Ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Der Fußweg zum Städtchen ist optimal, ebenso zum tollen Wald-Freibad, das wir (trotz bei uns noch sehr kühlen Temperaturen) gerne genutzt haben.Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren,...Es gibt auch kulturelle Angebote unterschiedlichster Art im Ort selbst und der Umgebung, schöne Lädchen zum Einkaufen, ein großes Angebot an Restaurants im Ort mit preisgünstigen Menüs, wenn man sich nicht im selbst verköstigen möchte.Im Ferienhaus haben wir Fliegengittter gegen Schnaken vermisst und leider auch die Sauberkeit.Geschirr, Böden, Wände, Toilette...Hier gibt es noch "Luft nach oben"Eben damit sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen, gerne selbst wieder kommen und auch an Andere weiterempfehlen.Wir denken, das ist auch im Sinne des Anbieters.

Schönes Blockhaus

Die Unterkunft hat uns und den Kindern sehr gefallen. Das Blockhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber und gepflegt. Es liegt am Ortsrand gegenüber einer Wirtschaft und auf dem Weg zum Waldschwimmbad, welches auch sehr schön aussieht. Der Weg dort weiter den Berg hinauf ist wunderschön und das Ziel lohnt sich. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen, was praktisch ist. Vom Blockhaus aus hört man den Bach, den man auch über den Garten erreichen kann. Tipps für Krabbelkinder Eltern: Die Fliesen sind auch im August sehr kalt, es gibt keine Teppiche o.ä., also warme Sachen dafür einpacken. Es gibt viele ungesicherte Steckdosen in Fußbodennähe - Schutz einpacken, sonst ist es stressig. Die Duschwanne ist etwas tiefer und eignet sich, um mal ein Kind zu baden - es ist aber ein sehr kleines Bad und somit etwas umständlich.

Diese Hütte ist sehr zu empfehlen! -Ruhig und etwas abseits von der Stadt. (10-15min ist man zu Fuß im Ort). -Wir hatten noch nie eine so saubere Unterkunft gemietet, dickes Lob und Dank dafür. -Es ist ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen. (Torfhaus, Wurmberg und Umgebung). -Die Kommunikation war 1A. Wir waren über Silvester dort und mussten wegen einem "Wanderunfall" kurz danach unseren Urlaub leider abbrechen. P.S. Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt im Harz, wieder versuchen dort einzukehren.

Blockhaus - nicht ganz abgelegen

Die Blockhütte ist innen schön geschnitten, gemütlich und rustikal, sie liegt an einer Straße zum Waldschwimmbad in einem weitläufigem Wohnviertel, gegenüber Restaurant mit Außengastronomie, und dadurch unerwartet belebte Gegend. Ansonsten alles wunderbar.

Tolle Blockhütte mit viel Natur

Herrliche Lage, gemütliche Hütte mit schönem Garten und allem was man für einen entspannten Wander-Urlaub braucht. Goslar, der Brocken, der Ocker-Stausee sehr einfach zu erreichen und Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Hütte in hübscher Lage

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Hütte ist klein, aber funktional und sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht, wobei eine Rolle Klopapier als Willkommensgeschenk noch nett gewesen wäre. Die Hütte war soweit sauber, nur unter dem Sofa könnte bei Gelegenheit mal gestaubsaugt werden. Leider gab es ein paar Probleme bei der Abwicklung, da ich zunächst versäumt habe, die zweite Rate zu bezahlen (ging davon aus, dass das automatisch abgebucht wird). Das war komplett mein Fehler und ich kann den Ärger über das Versäumnis verstehen, trotzdem hätte aus meiner Sicht die Kommunikation etwas freundlicher sein dürfen. Nach einmaliger Aufforderung habe ich dann selbstverständlich umgehend bezahlt, da hätte es keiner Drohungen bedarft.

Ein kleines Holzhäuschen in der Natur, am kleinen Bachlauf.... wunderschön gelegen bietet eine schöne Urlaubsatmosphäre.... W-LAN wäre nett gewesen, ging aber auch mal ohne.... Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Harz und kommen gerne wieder....

Wunderbares urgemütliches Blockhaus

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Blockhaus. Es ist urgemütlich, ausreichend eingerichtet und befindet sich an einem guten Punkt um von dort aus Ausflüge zu unternehmen oder auch einfach nur die Ruhe und die gute Luft zu genießen und abzuschalten. Wir werden sicherlich noch ein weiteres Mal dort hin zurück kehren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Gegend

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub,. Wir hatten im Häuschen alles was wir brauchten. Die Gegend war super. Der Tourismus wird überall sehr gut unterstützt (Beschilderung der Wanderwege …). Von dort kann man viel unternehmen. Alles kann man nur empfehlen. Kommen wieder.
