Questo condominio aggiornato con due camere da letto e due bagni è il luogo perfetto per vivere lo stile di vita di Mission Beach sulla splendida Mission Bay. L'Oceano Pacifico è a meno di un minuto a piedi. Situato al secondo piano, l'ampio balcone offre una bella vista sulle barche e sull'acqua. Usa il barbecue mentre guardi le barche che navigano sulla baia, o guarda l'alba sulla baia con il tuo caffè mattutino. La cucina è nuova di zecca e molti altri aggiornamenti sono stati appena completati nel novembre 2011. C'è sia una scala che un ascensore, quindi puoi scegliere il tuo accesso al condominio.

Con quasi 1200 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale, c'è molto spazio per una o due famiglie per godersi la vacanza che meriti. Belmont Park è a dieci minuti a piedi e puoi raggiungere Sea World in cinque minuti. Il quartiere alla moda di Gaslamp, Downtown, Petco Park e l'aeroporto sono a soli 10-12 minuti di auto, così come il lussuoso La Jolla, che ospita star del cinema, artisti e una grande famiglia di cuccioli di foca.

Mission Beach è la migliore spiaggia di San Diego, sia per bambini che per adulti, ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Prenota ora per divertirti nella splendida California del sud.

Very responsive host and the location was perfect! On the bayfront but can easily walk over to the beach as well. Appreciated the roomy condo, wonderful kitchen, lots of bedding and towels, and the dedicated parking space!

Though it was very clean, the unit smelled of mildew, especially in the living room. Probably due to no air conditioning. Also, geographically the location was ideal since it was centrally located. However, the noise level morning, noon and late into the night was a bit tough.

It was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The only real issues were black hair on walls in master shower/bath. Also, much of the silverware was dirty with food on it.Enjoyed balcony with coffee in the AM and watching the business.

The location was perfect for both the paddleboarders and surfers in our group. The only negative was at night in the secondary bedroom you could hear every word anyone spoke outside,even if the window was closed . So if you are a light sleeper snag the master bedroom! Communication with owner/manager was excellent . Every silly question I had was answered within24 hours.

Amazing location overlooking Mission Bay. Literally, a 2 minute walk west to the beach (only delays are caused by a street crosswalk ;) ). Walking distance to a myriad of restaurants and other businesses (groceries, bakeries, yoga, a gym, etc.). Because of the location close to the recreation areas on the Bay and being close to the high traffic area of the main street and boardwalk, expect noise throughout the day. Kitchen is roomy and is stocked with the basics - just make sure you bring all the consumables you may need including resuable storage containers or plastic baggies. Check-in and out were SO easy. Instructions were clear. Having the keypad entries for the stairs and the elevator give an extra sense of security for a busy area and made access easy. Dave was an attentive host and when there was an issue, he responded in a timely manner and worked to make sure it was resolved quickly. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location. Needs a deep clean and an update. If I were a renter, I’d have coffee to offer guests as there is a coffee maker, but no way to make it unless you bring your own (which I did not do because I honestly thought for the price we paid, coffee would be a given). I could not get the barbecue to work but was able to pivot and make what I needed to in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. What you’d expect from a rental; knives aren’t sharp, cutting boards are stained, teflon isn’t non stick anymore.. People suck and abuse things in rentals which is unfortunate as it is a fully functional kitchen-but you have to buy/bring EVERYTHING you need to make a meal. Absolutely LOVED the location. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch people go by.

Perfect location. Our family stayed here and it has a perfect view of the bay, as well as walking distance to the beach and tons of good restaurants. Easy communication and check in process.

Great Location

Great beach location. We are from East Coast, first time visiting San Diego. We wanted to be centrally located but not in City and this was perfect! 20-30 min from Airport, Zoo, City and 5 minutes from Sea World. We did go to some wineries about 40-50 minutes away. This condo is on Bay across from a very small cute banquet venue. We saw 2 beach weddings while there. So yes it is noisy, lots of activity but really nothing past 11p. Pretty quiet. It was nice to sit on balcony and people watch. Not sure how would be at peak season but again it’s a beach town.Only thing was there was a musty smell but contribute to location and maybe not rented prior. Opened windows, air freshener and it was fine. It had everything we needed, though a little older but again a Beach House lol so we don’t want fancy;) Beds were very comfortable and good shower pressure.There is a parking spot, busy road so getting in and out strategic. We noticed that the marina across the street has parking. Many would park and walk to beach which is maybe a quarter mile from condo. Belmont is about a 1.5 miles and marina a little farther. We walked there to catch an evening harbor cruise.

Great location in Mission Beach

Convenient to the beach and restaurants, but facing the bay, which means much less wind. Second floor balcony is right over the walking/biking path, so lots of activity. Second bedroom has 3 separate beds, which is ideal for a larger family.

Wedding Weekend

The location was convenient to the venue and other family members staying in the area for the wedding. We did not spend a lot of time at the condo, but would note that there is road noise to the recreation center. The condo was clean, but as stated in other reviews - is in need of updates. There were broken/missing blinds, warped flooring, old shower heads and a musty smell throughout.

Amazing place and amenities

We were there for a wedding and multiple family events. It was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Clean and huge with so much space for all of us. The wedding venue was across the street and having a home base for all of us was perfect. I loved the added security of being on the second story with an elevator and code to access the condo. Also the parking was a lifesaver! David was great and when we arrived in town a few hours early he was so accommodating and we got to go right to the condo. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home, we look forward to visiting again soon!

Location, location, location!

This property is on the bay side of Mission Beach. Cross Mission Boulevard and you are at the beach in less than a 5 minutes walk. The aquatic center is just down the street. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk on both the bay and ocean sides of the boulevard. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop are within walking distance. Super markets are a short car ride away. Easy to get to Sea World and the Zoo. The property was well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host David was very communicative and helpful. The beauty of this location is that you are in good proximity to enjoy the great outdoor activities San Diego Mission Bay has to offer.

Excellent location!

We loved the close proximity to the beach and bay, as well as restaurants and shopping. Parking was the only minor “issue” but we managed. The property size, location and amenities were exactly as advertised and we would definitely stay here again.

Summer Beach

My sons, nephew and I loved the location and everything about this beach apartment. The location was perfect. It was very accessible, and yet we felt completely safe and separate from the usual beach area mayhem. The place itself was roomy and had all the necessities. The owner provided clear and timely instructions and made himself available should we need to reach him. Everything went smoothly!. My parents (in their eighties) came over to visit us several times and were impressed with the comfort and size.

Bay Stay

Very nice clean property. A little noisy with the aquatic center so close. And the traffice from the center was bad. Overall we would stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property. The location is perfect, we walked to the beach, walked to the local coffee shop, walked to dinner. Space was clean and as described. Would definitely stay again!
