Thanks for the feedback . I do disagree with your summations . Average night time temperature in Halifax during this period was a mere 16 C ( 60 F) while day time was 25 C (77 F). A fan was provided in the apartment . The building is in a highly safe area and windows have wire net and blinds for privacy. Hence I fail to understand the concerns regarding safety. Particularly when we hosted close to 20 guests (from other online platforms) this .July/August and received 5 star reviews. The unit had no AC and this was clarified to the guest long before check-in . A portable AC has been installed now for the comfort of our guests.

The bed is a standard North American queen-size bed, exactly as described in the listing. It is the most common bed size provided for two adults in hotels, vacation rentals, and condominiums . The suite is also exactly the size shown and described. Many previous guests have found the space accurately represented. As one reviewer noted, the unit was "as advertised," while another described it as a "convenient studio apartment" that "came as advertised." Other guests have specifically commented that the listing was accurate and exactly what they expected based on the description and photos. As for the nearby construction, unfortunately that is beyond our control and can occur periodically in any growing urban area. We appreciate your feedback, but we believe the listing accurately describes the size, layout, and amenities provided, allowing guests to make an informed booking decision.
