The house was very clean and just as explained. All the games in the game room worked and the beds were very comfortable. Smaller bathroom but that would not prevent me from staying again or changing this rating. Awesome stay very responsive owner and the best was having a garage to keep the car in at night.

Weekend trip

The property manager was very accessible and accommodating for any concerns we had. Our kids loved the game room and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs!

Nice Place

The location was very convenient--close to downtown and German Village and across the street from a park. It was quiet and comfortable. It's not spacious but was comfortable for 3 adults and a small dog. The backyard was big and our dog loved it.We had no issues.

What a fun property!

This place was perfect for the people we had staying. The game room was a hit for all ages. The backyard was spacious. The Host was always available if needed and responded within minutes. The park across the street was nice however sometimes there would be kids physically fighting and some kids left their trash everywhere (but that’s not on this host!). I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

nice house

the property was great, the dishes were dirty and there were some other small things that were not clean. However the owner was very communicative and made everything right.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza y ubicación
Could not get into house when I arrived - code provided didn’t work nor did the new one I requested more than 24 hours before. Tried calling the number to get help and there was no answer. They called back and were aware of the request to change the key code but did not do it. I had to wait on the phone while they completed the request.Fence broken and difficult to close gate.Shower liner was gone and I messaged them to let them know because the fabric curtain was getting soaked whenever we took a shower - they said they’d replace but did not.Towel bar kept falling apartFabric on recliner shreddingPaper towel in ice dispenser since it appeared to be broken.Trouble with locking doors with the locking system. No ventilation for stove - I had planned to make meals and could not because there was not vent or fans in the house and the smoke detectors kept going off.Keurig leakingKitchen faucet hard to turn off fully without a small water stream running.Mattress worn and caving in the middle, which made it less than comfortable.Sort of had central air with window units - either freezing or hot.

30 day stay

We stayed here for almost a month while relocating to the area. The proximity to downtown was fantastic and our son loved the game room. Having a 3 year old and a park across the street was perfect.

Issues but being addressed

There were some issues with the property during our stay. Property owner was very nice and plans to address the issues. He was very easy to get ahold of. It was unfortunate that we had so many issues during our stay. It appears the former renters did not follow the rules or the cleaners didn’t do their job correctly. I have full faith the issues we encountered will be addressed.

A Home-run House

This was a great house to stay in for our state tournament. It was close to the field and was a great place to relax in between. My teenagers absolutely loved the game room and the beds were really comfortable. The two car garage was wonderful so we could leave our gear in the car.

Amazing property

We definitely enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice home as it has so many updates. I love the fact that it was pet friendly. The check in process was very convenient. Our kids loved the game room and the adjustable beds. The smart TVs on the wall in every room was also a plus. The owners were very responsive and great to deal with. I definitely recommend this property.
