On the 1st floor of the residence "Les Flots Bleus" without lift, in the heart of Saint Palais sur Mer!

This flat overlooking the back of the building consists of an entrance, a living room with a TV, a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a mini-oven, a microwave, a table-top refrigerator and a washing machine, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate toilet, on the ground floor.
The first floor offers a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds (90cm) and a velux window.

A lunch in the sun? Sit on the balcony equipped with furniture and an electric awning.

GARDEN ROOM - SMALL GARAGE N° 9 (4m50 x 2m20 - H 1m90)

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
