Great view and beach access

We really enjoyed this condo. It was convenient to both pools and the beach. It had plenty of space and had a great view.

The property was nice. Very clean. However there really wasn’t a view from master bedroom because the seal is broken on the sliding door which did not open. The tv didnt work in the one bedroom. The handle on door going out to balcony in living area was broken. The electrical outlet between couch & loveseat doesn’t have a face plate which could be a safety issue. I was told by VBRO to report to front desk their response was “thanks for letting us know” I felt like pretty much a pass the Buck statement but wanted you to be aware for next person who rented this unit. Lastly check in process they only had 1 worker checking in people at the 4:00 check in line on a Sunday… then they neglected to give us the wristbands that are required to enter pool or use any services provided so my daughter was asked to leave… the security person was nice about it but that is kind of embarrassing Then when she tries to enter beach area after getting the wristbands has to go to the front desk & get the code to get beach access…all of these issues should have been addressed during checkin, Total lack of communication somewhere. Apparently the wristband had been in effect for this property since April 1. VBRO needs to know this so they can let their owners know & people who have rented their properties…one of the residents there overheard security asking me to leave & he says “here take mine I can get another one for 12 of course I didn’t because my daughter was already at front desk.

Family vacation

The overall unit was clean, but the shower in the master bath was moldy, the whole master bath could use updating. the windows in the master bedroom were so fogged you couldn't see through them, the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were too small and kept popping off while sleeping. The kitchen seemed to have been updated and was nice.
